Hello from Durmitor National Park, Montenegro! The seasons have definitely begun to change and we've even had a sprinkling of snow since filming this!
This energising flow will help get your body moving, blood flowing and uplift your energy levels (without being too strenuous!). It's a predominately standing practice with the chance to wind down and take savasana at the end.
