I try to give it some thing that will take you on the journey so appreciate that you noticed, and that it did take you there. I feel like that helps us learn, to attach some connection to the journey part and not just the content.

Im a sp 1 so my friends always say the same thing. They say, "I cant imagine what you'd be like when your angry." I say, "Oh trust me I get angry alot, I just don't show it." I view it as bad to express. Idk why but I just do.

I hear this from so many Enneagram ones. Not so much the sexual types. They are a bit more comfortable showing their anger. But the social and self preserving definitely have an experience of self reproach when they start to get close to that “bad“ feeling. Definitely worth exploring how to express it better and better. I really feel 1w9, and that 9 wing, keeps me seeming more like a “hippie” than a refinement type person. In a way, there is a fine tuning going on of my mood level. Am I happy or satisfied with the amount of Good in my environment?

Im 1w9 too, do you have a constant critical or guiding voice in your head? Im self preservation 1w9 and my mind just feels blank most of the time. Im hippie-ish too
