How you know a type 1 made the video: - starts with overview of objectives - proceeds to cover each point and sub point thoroughly and systematically - “fun stuff” at the end - perfect execution!

As a 1, it was not a strict father (nor even a strict mother) that drove my 1-ness: instead, it was an inconsistent mother. I had no ability to guess what I would do wrong, so I tried to do everything 'right' so I would be safe. Being perfect was a way to avoid unpredictable judgment. ETA: This is not meant as a judgment or criticise of this video, merely to provide some comfort to other ones who have a childhood that led to similar trauma through different routes.

For me it was an absent, alcoholic father and an overwhelmed single mother. I could sense that my mom was struggling, so I was determined to be "the good kid" at all times to avoid adding additional stress.

@katewarner9307 I heard a 1 talk about having an absent dad actually, one that was on the fringes of their childhood instead of more involved.

My mom was very inconsistent too, tyrannical about rules down to the smallest thing one week and then completely disinterested or unavailable the next. My dad was/is unintentionally neglectful because he works all the time. My solution was different though, I decided to make my own rules and codes and follow those rules to the letter, because everyone else's rules were arbitrary or unjust.
@hq1082

Same my mother had overly rigid and sometimes hypocritical standards which caused a lot of repressed anger and resentment. My grandmother had expected the best from me in every area of life. If I fell short I would be made to do wall sits, stand in corners, and denied access to things I enjoyed, or I was physically punished.

First, I have to say how much I really, really enjoy your videos. I'm shocked you only have 2K subscribers. Your videos are possibly the very best on RU-vid that I've come across for the Enneagram. You just rock it! I'm a 1w9 and the only thing I didn't connect with in this video were your comments on the father relationship. My dad is a very playful, kind and nurturing father. He had rules and high standards but he wasn't unjust or overly strict. That being said, I think his goodness and love actually pushed me to be more of a perfectionist than if he had been a punisher or was critical of me. I wanted to be Good, Just and have Integrity because that is how my dad is and I wanted to be like him more than anything. I also wanted to show him that his love was not wasted or taken for granted. He never made me feel I had to do this; I was doing it for myself because I needed to prove to myself that I deserved such a good life and dad - especially after seeing the relationships some of my friends had with their fathers. I felt extremely luckily - maybe even unjustly so! - and thus I had to earn it by being as perfect and good as possible.

Thanks for the kind words and sharing your experience Brandi! I just really leaned into this YGAT channel this summer, so hopefully I can one day break through this dang youtube algorithm :) But in the meantime, I'm thankful these videos are finding their way to people like you! I hear you about having a different experience with your father than the broader pattern for 1s (again, it's a huge generalization). Richard Rohr, who I greatly respect and has written a ton about the Enneagram, is also a Type 1 and had a good relationship with his father. In general, I do believe all parents "wound" us in some way because no human is perfect. But sometimes these are far more subtle and well-intentioned that it makes it harder to see how they still impact our sense of self-today. But I'm sure many 1s resonate with your experience, so thank you again for sharing!

Hi :) I'm really impressed with the organization of your channel and the quality of the content. I was skeptical at first, because you seem a little young. But everything was solid, and you became one of my favorite resources. After working on myself some, I wanted to have better relationships with my kids but had a hard time typing them. In a nutshell, YOUR insights were the ones that clarified it for me when the Old Guard of the enneagram left me flustered and mentally flailing. You boil it down so concisely. And you're seeing something the seemingly more experienced people aren't. Is further work on the enneagram something you might do in the future, maybe research or a book? (This 5 appreciates you saving me so much misdirected time)
@YouveGotaType
@YouveGotaType Год назад
Thanks so much Marley! I really appreciate those compliments. And I've gotten the whole "you look too young" thing a lot haha. Fortunately, I've been at this for about a decade so maybe not so young in enneagram years. Yes, I am so excited to put out more videos/content in the future! I just have incredibly high standards for what I put out there since there's so much bad/misinformed stuff out there on the enneagram and I really want my work to stand apart from it. But I've been working on my next series for over a year now and hopefully will have more updates this summer!

@@YouveGotaType If I may ask, what are your thoughts on tritype?
@YouveGotaType
@YouveGotaType Год назад
@@3blame Ironically working on a short video on the tritypes this past week :) Because most people are so new to the enneagram, I think this theory is mostly distracting people from going deep on their primary type (not that it's wrong, just unhelpful). There is SO much complexity to just a single enneagram type, and people skip over it to create what Dr. Ross Hudson (founder of the enneagram institute) called a "narcissistic mirroring of their ego." The point of the enneagram isn't to make a perfect little "menu" of your personality, it's to focus your awareness on the real work of personal growth, healing, and reconciliation. Second, if you look at your primary enneagram type, you will find a connection to types in the different triad centers anyway so the tritype theory is a bit redundant. For example, Type 1 (gut) goes to 7 in health (head) and 4 in stress (heart). Therefore, I already have a "tritype" of sorts which is 1,4,7 OR 1,7,4 depending on how you prefer it. I know this doesn't quite work out for types that don't have a movement of integration and disintegration into another triad, but they have wings which draw them into another triad as well as the Harmonic + Hornevian Triads. Phew! Long answer haha but again, I've got a video coming on it.

By far the best, most clear and thorough explanation on the enneagram. Thank you for having made these! Now I won’t have to read the whole enneagram book type by type but can get the most important info from all your overviews. (Oh and at the end, speaking about the MCU, did you know that Thanos is also a 1? For often being perceived as goody two shoes, 1s make incredible villains (and in my opinion the best) because they think they’re in the right.)

Thank you for this video. I really like the way the video was set out and it was also very informative. The comparisons made were really helpful in allowing me to discern whether I was actually a 5 or a 1. I've watched both the 5 and 1 explanations from your series and I identify with a lot from what was described for 1s and have also scored highly for 1 on tests, but I still think it wouldn't be my main enneatype and rather part of my overall triad as I think I've grown to embody the 5 type more..
@YouveGotaType
@YouveGotaType 5 месяцев назад
Glad you enjoyed it! Lots of overlaps between 1s an 5s (primarily competent types), but totally different motivations in life so hopefully focusing on their core, internal desires will help delineate your type. Also important to note that 1s have "faux logic" whereas 5s have "cold logic." 1s feel compelled to rationalize their emotions/instincts whereas the 5 will naturally be more detached and objective. Food for thought!
@maintainreason8040
@maintainreason8040 Год назад
Such accurate point on integration for 1s being their wisdom (or skill, whatever it is) radiated outwards. It's like after you've put those mountains of effort into something, all the created order gifts you freedom to run on 'cruiser-control' through any obstacles on your way, when the hard work turns into means instead of purpose for its own sake

I recently took an Enneagram test through work and learned that I'm a 1. I felt like my report was written by a psychic, or a little angel that's had her eye on me my whole life. Finally, I feel that I "make sense", and it's been so freeing because since understanding my archetype, I'm finding myself able to laugh at some of this stuff and carry myself more lightly. I cracked up when you said 1s are "stingy" with compliments because you're right-- I totally am. The idea of giving unwarranted praise seems like an offense against my integrity, but because my standards for everything are so high.... well, it's an amusing combination and something I'd like to reflect on.

As a type sp 1 the things about me that don’t fit the stereotypes (mind you right now Im at my lowest and very very stressed): Messy even though it freaks me out, not tidy which also gives me the irk, not religious at all (I used to be a Muslim, but now I’m agnostic bc no proof no believe for me), being critical with others tbh with family YES I call them out if something is morally wrong, but with others hell nah. Anyway the father one was on point you really got me there, he is physically and emotionally abusive,my mom too but never as much as him and I’ve always been terrified and angry at him, always.. And yes I sometimes find myself wanting to act rebellious, even if I feel unwell about the thing myself, just cause he makes me so mad, because it’s unfair, I never ever deserved this abuse.. THANKS, YOU EXPLAIN IT SO WELL I APPRECIATE & IT HOPE U GET FAMOUS

I too was far more religious in my youth, went to seminary, etc. etc. I still have my spiritual beliefs, but realize I'm prone to an "addiction to certainty." Anywho! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHANNEL, SUBSCRIBED! You are amazing at explaining abstract topic in an easy way. I have mistyped as almost every other type but 1, thought because of developed anxiety 5 or 6. But 1 makes so much sense. My father was/is neglectful and doesn't care about me or my mother. Always wanted to protect her so I have lots for quarrels with him, having high standards for him being the "right" type of father, like a father "should be". When in fact people cannot change, especially when old GCC I am and was scared of becoming like him that due to stress outside and inside home I became explosive and angry, harsh even - like him. I am scared of that. So subconsciously I have made a continuum he being the bad side, and my mother being the good side. That explains also my explosive anger at home especially towards my father. My mother has become both a father and a mother figure because of her responsibility, selflessness and hard work. I always keep myself up to a high standard which makes me pessimistic, angry and nervous lol.

I stumbled upon the Enneagram types yesterday whilst trying to improve my character writing. Now I’ve been binging your videos and reading up on this. I really think this model can also have great personal applications. I’ve always wanted to have a perception that closely aligned with reality, so the fact that Enneagram types are classified as a Pseudo-Science does not bother me. I'm a Self-Preservation Instinct type 1w9 and I agreed with each description. I’m in a good mental place, after learning to ‘let go’ and occasionally letting myself know that “It’s not my fault”. I’ve traded regret and FOMO for anxiety of the future and a crippling need for security. So I still need to keep reintegrating back to 7... Wow, I just forgot how free and energetic I was… Great video, my fellow SP1w9!

Loved this video, especially your deep dive on the instinctual variants and triadic groups which most Enneagram content creators don't discuss. One thing I disagree with a bit is the childhood experience. I heard another Enneagram person talk about that it can be a really strict home upbringing OR a really chaotic, no rules upbringing (where the little one feels they have to step up and be the moral and structural compass for the family). And as a 1 that 2nd experience is definitely more aligned with what I grew up with. And I find it interesting that one of my recent new habits is yoga. Haha. it does for sure help me relax and get into my body. Thank you!
@YouveGotaType
@YouveGotaType 10 месяцев назад
So glad you enjoyed the video! Agreed, the childhood patterns do have a huuuuge range of diversity within them. However, the idea of the 1s ego is that they have an extremely overactive superego due to the harsh/strict standards of their homelife. Typically those with a more chaotic upbringing (especially one in which the paternal figure is absent or more of playmate) tend to be 6s mistyping as 1s, since 6s also have a high value for morality, rule-following, etc. And yoga is a phenomenal practice for all body types! I too belong to a yoga studio :)

Nailed me to a "T"! Have you made any video's yet for Type ones and dealing with that fear of letting people down? I find that is my biggest block to growth. I stalled in my own business growth because I had a few clients I "Let down", and i just couldn't handle how wrong, bad and "not good" I felt. It delves into a deeper complexity that extends beyond the scope of this discussion. Side note: I've come to understand that devout religious practitioners(myself included), through years of dedicated practice, can attain a level of discipline that renders conventional tests ineffective. Their responses are often influenced by supernatural or spiritual convictions that align with their scriptural beliefs. It becomes challenging to respond purely from a worldly perspective when one is deeply rooted in their spiritual journey. Likewise with any strong influences.

Yes meditation and bringing mindfulness to my body. In my previous experience with journaling I totally agree that I would get sucked into the internal critic voice of the story and wallow there. Now I try to dial in more to observing how my body feels and ask why....what am I denying...is there a viewpoint im identifying with. For instance why is my stomach feeling jittery (that was anxiety for me...hmm what is causing that...what do I need to do. Today that came up for me. I realized sharing a crazy idea in a work chat made me anxious. I was able to share it with one person who loved it and gave me the "approval" I needed to share it with the group. I’ve been slowly researching my enneagram type 1. Have to pace myself so I don’t get overwhelmed. Which is a major accomplishment for me to even recognize! My question has to do with mental illness: are there any studies of the percentages of Type 1’s diagnosed with OCD? Having met the criteria and carrying the diagnosis at different points in my life, it wasn’t surprising to me that I am a 1. I’m curious how many others find themselves in the same situation. Had I known that I was a Type 1 and that information from enneagram research may have helped me, I would have dug into this stuff much sooner. Really appreciate your approach…you have a manner that takes the sting out of some of the most potentially difficult information to digest!

First of all, thanks for that last line! I'm glad to hear that as I've tried very hard to make this critical information as palatable as possible. Secondly, there are teachers that have worked to correlate certain behavioral trends to each type, like OCD / anal-retentive thinking with 1s. There are no concrete connections between mental illness and enneagram type, as type is solely an ego fixation/perspective and not an evaluation of health. But I would say that diving deep into the self-awareness provided by the enneagram has helped many overcome some of the worst parts of mental illness. I'm glad to hear it's also helping you in this way, as it has helped me in the same way.

I’m a 1 with chronic illness and disability (and lots of yet to process big trauma) so I think I lean more into the 9 wing because of that. But, when I feel a jolt of energy or I get a break from difficulty, I lean more into the 2 wing. And since I’ve been doing the healing practices of meditation, journaling, walking, reciting mantras etc. since I was a kid, I’ve managed to transcend a lot of the 1’s more immature stages. In my daily life, I think I prefer to be a blend between the softness of wing 9 and the nurturing action of wing 2. Regarding the instincts, I’m ace, but I think that’s because I have a literal medical condition that causes asexuality, but a friend who did an assessment of my type laughed about the 1 wing 9 being the trope of the asexual mad genius, implying that I fit that quite well, haha. So yah, I think it’s possible that my blind instinct is sexual, but I also wonder if that’s by design due to my health or if it would have been that way regardless of my medical condition. I’m sex positive so I enjoy sexual activity, but only with the people who meet my standards. That said, I’ve spent quite a lot of time investigating my sexuality. I have not spent half the same amount of time investigating self-preservation so I wonder if that’s actually my blind instinct (I often struggle to have material and financial stability but that could also be due to having chronic illness that puts me out of work for months on end). I think most of my energy goes towards social, but due to meditation and doing self work I’ve had to spend a lot of time alone doing deep inner work.. and in some sense, to an outsider, it could look like I have been neglecting relationships. Anyway, just goes to show that things are not what they appear to be, especially when chronic illness and disability and lots of unprocessed trauma that requires healing and treatment is a big part of one’s life. It would be great to hear more about how health problems can impact one’s enneagram interpretation and results. Thanks for making this video!

I sometimes wonder if I'm a 1w9 even though I behave like 5 or 6. The reason for this is that internally I am as you said emotional and the primary emotions are disgust and anger. This fuels my exterior rational critical approach to everything and has lead me to become rather cynical, jaded and disillusioned with the world. I seem to also be highly conscientious compared to others, despite me thinking that I'm not conscientious at all. One thing I don't relate to is repressing anger. I have a kind of "righteous wrath" I am proud of. I do see myself as a kind of "villain", but from my pov its more like "In a mad world only the mad are sane." Idk where my social instinct might be since I have SP Type 5 famous "castle" behavior: super introvert with a bad tendency to isolate. A wizard in a tower that functions as a bulwark against the external world.
@YouveGotaType
@YouveGotaType 4 месяца назад
Interesting self-analysis. The 1w9 would likely not relate to that feeling of embracing "the villain" role. 1w9 is more withdrawn, but that's because they believe their morality, philosophies, or ideals set them apart from the world (i.e. their "goodness" not badness). Also, a hallmark of 1ness is feeling their anger is morally wrong, so if that's not a part of your ego narrative, it's unlikely you're a 1 in the truest sense of the type. The 5w6 seems likely tho!

@@YouveGotaType Yeah, that is probably true. Disintegration and integration paths for 5 make sense also fear of incompetence. Overthinking is a sign of the fear/head triad as well. I'm very sure I'm self preservation subtype regardless of type. I need to be very careful not to isolate and to not become too self reliant as well as to remember to act not just think. I often fail to act because I fear I'm not competent enough. Retreating and thinking are sort of like vices for me.

I'm a 1w2 and I believe I pretty thoroughly identify with this type. There's only a minor trait or two that diverges from my nature and no other type feels even slightly familiar in this this way, so I feel fairly confident that it's an accurate fit for me and I haven't been mistyped. However, with that said, the childhood experience of a 1 doesn't resonate with mine AT ALL! Mine was actually much more the OPPOSITE of that description! I was cheeky and headstrong and defiant as a child and would frequently face off in a battle of wills against my mom. I was fiercely independent and curious and mischievous and had more confidence than any child has right to. I truly believed I could do ANYTHING, all I had to do was decide I wanted something and I would make it happen for myself. Truly fearless and infinitely imaginative. As for my father, I was the stereotypical daddy's girl right from the start. He was always the "fun" parent and that spoke to my adventurous spirit. My mom and I didn't have quite as much success because she entered into motherhood with a certain picture of what it would look like (I'm the oldest child) and my independence and determination didn't fit with it. She wanted a baby to cuddle and coddle and fawn all over and I refused to accept help or be held back from exploring the world. Needless to say, we bumped heads, but it wasn't anything like the strict, invalidating model of the type 1! What could potentially be the cause for this disparity? I know there's obviously endless variations to this particular model that could apply to the childhood of ones, but it's just so DRASTICALLY different from mine that it seems significant somehow....

I’m listening through all of the types and as soon as I started listening to this video, it was clanging bells ringing out - my father is an unhealthy 1. Like, holy cow, that was craziness. 😮 My father became a Marine and then joined the Military Police so he could enforce his rules of right and wrong onto others. He joined an extreme religion. Everything you said, he fit it to a T. Oh! True story: He once was driving with my sister in the passenger seat and blew through a stop sign without noticing. When my sister told him what he’d done, he looked in the rear view mirror, saw the retreating stop sign in the distance, pulled over to the side of the road, AND WROTE HIMSELF A TICKET. He then turned in that ticket to the military police station. He was the head of the military police on that base, and when the ticket went through the system, the admin came out and said, “Sir, there’s something wrong here.” “Nope, I broke the law, and I need to pay.” He paid for that ticket. My father is hardcore, pinging the meter at #1 so hard, I’m surprised you didn’t start this video by saying, “We have the perfect example of an unhealthy one” and then name my father. 😂 Btw, it was his mom who was the unhealthy parent, not his father. His father had a job away from home and was rarely there. His mother was pretty insane, and…it shows. Now I’m super curious what my mother is. 🤔 Gonna keep listening…

TL;dr: ☝️ I’m in my late 30s yet apparently I’m still angry with my father ✌️I’ve had too many disintegrating 3s as friends in the past and 🤟 Is there a Reddit for 1s? 🏃🏼‍♀️My dad (8w7) and at one point one of my stepdads were drill sergeants. I’ve never heard the term “angry with” used before about the relationship with the protective figure and it really resonates. Not only was he arbitrarily strict, harshly and furiously punitive, but even as an adult I’ve articulated to my dad that he never gave me the benefit of the doubt or took my side. I even said that “I was such a good kid,” My dad assumes in all situations that I’m going to be lazy, stupid, inconsiderate or malicious and attributes selfish motives to my most banal or even altruistic behaviors. I make mistakes and by no means am I perfect but I try really hard to do the right thing, the smart thing, the fair thing. I have the manners of an army brat with a drill sergeant dad ffs, I put _effort_ into _everything_ I do. This is probably why I’m so desperate to be recognized for when I’m being smart, figuring stuff out, working hard and doing the right thing, but these tend to be areas that people think I am naturally “gifted” in or don’t need to ‘develop an ego’ about. People can be resentful of traits they wish they had, sure, (tall poppy syndrome) but I don’t get why people think I need “taken down a peg or two.” I often get this from men if they find me attractive or colleagues when I achieve career success. I’ve had lifelong friends be remorseless and hate me enough to seduce a fiancé, sabotage a child custody battle, blacklist me from the industry I’m in. Crabs in a bucket? I dunno, it felt more _personal_ than that. It felt more _targeted_ than that. I have come to believe that I must’ve been too critical or too unreachable to these people and I drove them to hate me. I genuinely don’t know how I’m doing it but I’ve had multiple dear friends express absolute glee as they kicked me when I was down during the darkest times of my life. Oof, my twenties were a doozy. 30s had some bumps in the road. I’m hoping I can gather myself before the next decade starts. I teared up when you got to the part about forgiving yourself, and of course my inner voice was like LOL NO. Tbh that’s the most foggy, unknowable thing I can barely latch onto intellectually, this idea of self love. I oscillate between feeling overrun with an instant panic or repulsion when I consider what loving myself might be like. sooooooo I reckon I’m gonna try yoga, or make more art. Art helps. I didn’t mean to get so personal or so tragic with this comment, and normally I avoid that level of self indulgence, but I think this forum warrants it because we are discovering the things that make ones tick, or trying to- we are discussing it at least. I’m normally not this much of a drag. I really appreciate the perspective of a one on the enneagram bc I know I can trust you to be thorough and pragmatic and to genuinely care about the accuracy and quality of your work. I don’t know any 1s irl but I imagine it might feel something like what having a clone might feel like, you know? I can’t be certain about _exactly_ what this individual is going to do but I can bet it’ll be whatever I’d have done too (or close) Is there a Reddit for ones? I’d love to ask “me” for “my” advice on things or just any how-to guide from 1s would be awesome.

#sillyquestionssquadatack How does a 1 know what is "right"? I mean, where the system of believes come from? It cannot be just mirroring (and expanding) ideas learnt in childhood, can it? And if it comes from within, than why are 1s seen as compliant? Every true reform needs a redefinition and every redefinition is a form of rebellion. I suspect myself of being sx 1. I find compliance very difficult, almost offensive. Could a sexual instinct influence it? Another good one, Colton!
@YouveGotaType
@YouveGotaType Год назад
Hey Ola! These are great questions. A lot of it can be explained through the system of triad centers (head, heart, gut) which I am just a few days away from putting out a new video on (spoiler alert). But to quickly summarize it, 1s are primarily in the Gut Triad which perceives the world through instinctual reactions. The state of "flow" comes from being grounded in the present moment - which is a gift of the Gut/Body Triad. The 1s convictions also stem from the Gut. Think about just knowing something is right or wrong, and it transcends all emotion or logic. This is where type 1s live. When their gut convictions get cloudy, they fall back on the emotions of the Heart Triad to get clarity. Their primary emotion of choice is Anger - because anger mimics a sense of clarity i.e. "I can't believe they overcharged me! I'm going back to the store and fixing this right now." So that leaves the Head/Thinking Center as the triad that 1s cultivate the least. Despite looking logical/rational, average 1s have the least control over their thought life and do not practice taking control of their racing thoughts and creating a still, calm, clear mind. AND THIS is why they are "Compliant Types." All compliant types have the Thinking/Head Center as their least cultivated form of "knowing." The thinking center provides a sense of internal direction, so average 1s don't have a clear sense of direction and thus rely on external authorities and the general rules of respectful behavior for whatever culture they're in. 1s will break the rules ONLY IF their gut convictions clearly contradict the general rules/beliefs of the majority consensus - and that's what makes them Reformers. Whew... long answer! But hope that helps :)

@@YouveGotaType Such a good answer, thank you, Colton! Looking forward to that video you've mentioned. Well, as I'm already here... There is this thing in enneagram, where a type cannot develop correctly, because it doesn't have proper conditions and in an early stage it gets "stuck" in its disintegration point creating sort of a mixture of both types. It can be due to traumatic upbringing or some special conditions (like war or even pandemics). Hope you know what I mean. And perhaps you know how it's called? Nah he's not, that's why I didn't mention him ;) Type 6 Loyalist is the epitome of the nationalistic, devoted soldier. 6w5's are also called "The Defender" because they stick up for those in need and love to fight against bullies.

These are just broad patterns, so it's not deterministic. The heart of the theory seeks to explain why 1s have a consistant tension with authority figures, or become strict authority figures themselves.

The point of the enneagram is personal growth, not labeling people who piss you off

Noted! But just for context, the enneagram patterns don’t check every single box for any individual. There are core traits, wings, instincts, etc that cover the general makeup of a personality. It’s about finding the type that covers most of who you are. Best of luck on the journey to find your type!

I’m very curious about what the goal was with this comment. It’s a pretty glib thing to add to the discourse

One of the best channels on the tube - & I'm a cultivator of good tube. The best for enneagram/self improvement. Other channels that make my tops. (You should see if any of them or any of yours want to collab on something as - as far as I know - that is one of the secrets to getting more views, the youtube algorithim makes successful youtubers before you into sort of the key holders to your success making collaberation on of the only ways to dig out of the obscuria Hard2Hurt - for self defense, practical martial arts. Like the Stories of Old - Inspiration through Film & Philosphy Hello Future Me - Advice for writing and world building Mixed Mollywhopper - for soul touching documentaries that will show you why MMA is a microcosom of the incredible & varied human experience objectivly the best form of sports entertainment Academy of Ideas - philosophy Nerdwriter1 - just mindblowingly well done content that i couldn't beleive was free when i found it Russel Brand - the real news with a touch of spirituallity and love, Brand has fast shifted from eccentric celebrity to modern hero. Lex Fridman - Interview show that is insightful and honest Foolish Fish - Guide to Magic Mr. Mythos - The best of mysterious rabbit holes that will make you question reality. Lawrence Kenshin - kickboxing breakdowns and history Modern Martial Artist - boxing breakdowns & history Cynical Historian - History Bazooka Joe - 100 episodes to make you a professional kickboxer Kraut - history Let's talk religion - religion Scholar gladitoria - hema Jorge Sprave - gagets, inventions & the showing of their features Tod's workshop - history, weapons and craftsmanship. Jesse Enkamp - Karate Dr. Tom Lehue - my favorite Enneagram channel (before i found this one) Abby Emmons - writing (actually how I found the Enneagram) Daniel Greene - book review
