What an entry! So dreamy wonderful to listen to, such a nightmare to watch! But still the last place is such a crime. Yes, it is called EuroVISION but it is supposed to be a SONG competition. And this song sounds sooooo beautiful!
I suddenly rememberd this song today, came here to listen. Weird that song so beautiful came last... There are people who still know and like this song. And yet there are several winning songs I don't even remember... I mean I know the winners, but I can't recall their melodies etc.
Yes I noticed straight away in the live show. And I back then was also heavily concussed after an accident a few days before the contest. A few weeks earlier I read somewhere that they, who ever they were in Eurovision, (I don't remember now all these years later) didn't say who would represent Norway at the time. All the other artists who were ready were mentioned by names etc, but Haldor's name was held back. The Norwegian press wondered why it all was so "secret" by Haldor. And so this on the live show. Maybe there was a boicot going on? Or what? I don't know.
+Stefan Sigfinnsson You are nuts!!! This is plagiarism. Definitely deserves last place. You should know the political voting in Eurovision!!! Whale hunter!!!
+Stefan Sigfinnsson Would you stop hating Ketil Stokkan? He doesn't deserved to much hate. Teigen was deserved to hated because his song in 1978 was the least favorite by MGP juries. MGP should send Prima Donna by Anita Skorgan
The competition for last place was though this year. So many deserved candidates. Much, much harder than for the win. But our Haldor made it, shared with Iceland.
@@Gilmaris There are definetely similarities between this and "All by myself" both lyrics and music. Immediately when the song began I thought of "all by myself", and then read comments. Still, I wouldn't call it plagiarism.
