This gentle beginner friendly 14 minute flow will help you unwind + decompress after a long day. We focus on our grounding ourselves in our body and breath, preparing you for a good night's sleep. If you have trouble getting to sleep(like i do!) or are feeling anxious/ in your head this kind of practice allows your body to drop into a parasympathetic state/ your rest and digest, which is giving your body the signal that you are safe + ready to rest.

Hi Tana I've been doing this one almost every evening recently and really enjoy it. You sometimes ask for requests and I would love to see a short (maybe 10 minutes) and fast moving warrior flow - I love getting in warrior 3 to a flow as that's definitely one of my favourite poses. Thank you so much for your videos and your energy.
