Really good way to unwind the day away! We especially liked the child pose - upward dog variation movement and using the strap on the two different leg stretches/ twists. 💯

Very achy this morning after my 2nd COVID booster yesterday. I knew it'd be a stiff morning. This practice, along with 2 ibuprofen, has restored my day. I love the slow cycling back and forth through a couple of stretchy asanas. It was just right. Thanks again.

This was a surprisingly nice found - I love your strong flows, but I was super sore from running and your usual flows weren't what I was looking for. I also ended being cozy burrito towards the end, always improves my day

Life has been so stressful but this is one of the moments of the day that I really really look forward to. Love how we have stretch here but there is a flow rather than just simply 2 mins hold yin yoga which I find quite disconnecting for me. Send you love and light and see you tmr Tana :)

@@TanaYoga I loved it! just got a hard exam done today and about to do a flow with y before bed. Zi is part of my name which means purple in Chinese so I go by Zi in the U.S. I love blue and breeze(and it has Zi in it) and they kinda rhyme. Hope you are having a great day girl :)

I enjoyed the practice after doing my basti kriya or yogic enemas. I started doing yogic enemas and yoga in 1995 when I was 13.

I love this channel! For some reason the volume of your voice was really loud so it didn't feel as calming. I think it would have been nice to have deeper/longer stretches. In general though, love the channel!
