In all my years of practicing yoga, I don’t think I’ve even done a malasana twist like that. Felt great!!

Thank you! Saving this one to my calm yoga flow. When i landed here today i couldn't even get into the first pose, my body was tense and shaking with anxiety. I kept going, i breathed, i told myself that i dont need to check work emails on a Saturday. This is my time. It can wait. I need to relax. I did relax a bit and got through it enough to calm down. Even if only a little bit thank you ❤️

What a lovely practice. Ending your sessions in a meditative Shavasana, marinating in the spirit of the practice is one of the highest expressions of yoga. You continue to do an excellent job of communicating the essence of union in your videos. Thank you for serving others. Namaste.

This is the 2nd time I did this flow. The first time I couldn't shake all the stress but tonight I feel so relaxed because I let go of all the tension build up from today. Thank you for tonight's peace of mind.
