I am 51 (age) and my chest is 42 inches and I wear 30 inch super skinny jeans and always struggle to button my slim fit shirt and need someone to remove my shirt. I eat normal diet no special planned diets. Morning jogging and evening weight training. I am able to maintain the same physique for the last 30 years. Sometimes I booze, eat lots of calories and exercise intense. I don't bother whether I am having a healthy life or live for 100 years or 52. I want to be in shape and don't remember having a shot in 30 years. Protein and vitamins keep me immune to seasonal diseases. I think u don't need to be a professor or Phd to be fit and healthy.

hello Sir! its excellent diet, first 2 weeks lost 6.8kg. need to check my weight tmr for 3rd week. I have 2 questions for you.. 1. I am 48yrs old and had heart attack in 2016 and all is well from them. Recently my weight gone to the highest 148.9. So finally started your diet and working well. Since eating too much fat won't effect my ldl levels? I am having statin on daily basis as prescribed by doctors. 2. my wife started the diet with me and lost 3kgs in first week and only 100grms in 2nd week. She had surgical menopause in 2015, from then she put on lot of weight even she eats less. Will this diet help for woman who gone this forceful removal of uterus?
