Have you seen stockfish's analyzations? Bro he had 100% best move games. That's humanly impossible, hence the reason Magnus instantly known, we have all tried a game against stockfish the an elo 3200+ it's a total different game than a human would ever play, and hence the confidence.....any competitive chess player well versed in how much better stockfish is compared to any human who ever played chess....like I don't even think Magnus has a game that's over 90% perfect moves probably more like 84% probably and for, this young kid to play like a stockfish on insane ELO mode like a human will never win.......and it's that obvious.....

That's circumstancial, at best, you have to account for preparation, opponents etc. If you can prove that the premise is the exact same, with the exception of live or no live boards, then yeah, that's something interesting.

I dont believe in coincidence, especially over 2 years; there is a rating difference of 300 points between live/not live tournaments

@@epicchess2021 there are several hundred grading points of a difference between the broadcast live games and those that are not

There are several issues here: firstly Hans is an extremely strong and gifted chess player - I would say he’s very close to if not at the 2700 level which is the holy grail for most chess players. Unfortunately he’s also a self confessed online cheater. Back in my day the 80s/90s all chess was played OTB and the chess engines were still not that strong. When I pretty much stopped playing back in 2004 I could already see with the new super duper mobile phones and potential chess engines on them where all this could lead to and sure enough we are now here!

After over 50 years of playing the game I’m constantly seeing new concepts and ideas - only yesterday I saw the World Champion get checkmated in one move by the en passant move - something I don’t think I’ve ever seen before! Magnus will still lose the suit. His slander has cost Hans and he will have to pay. That's the way it works. When you get your ass handed to you - then pretend and declare to the world that your opponent cheated, you had better have more than a gut feeling. The ONLY place that BS works is politics. Hillary Clinton did for 6 years. But politics is not chess. Magnus slandered Hans. Its just that simple.

@@wolflightning2331 If the entire chess world, which is firmly at Magnus's hands, is accusing you of cheating, and, let's hypothesize here, you didn't cheat, you have to do something of equal noise to make your case. This isn't a SLAPP suit, it's the only way he could defend himself with equal merit.

@@epicchess2021 and I will agree that motivation may not be the strongest driver now, I have to say 1st I am not a chess player at all, zero knowledge, just love the speed and confidence these people ooze when playing, but from the point of narcissism Hans shows how much he hates not being the absolute centre of attention, and winning gives him that in bucket loads, so beating Magnus would give him ultimate notoriety

As long as - somebody can see the game (the Viewer, typically in the audience) - and the Viewer in any way can communicate with anyone (or a device) and back to the player cheating is very easy. There are no devices needed on Player and Viewer - just The communication can be invisible for anyone else than the person involved. Any tiny body-position and -movement can communicate. A yawn, scratching your chin, looking up on the demo-board, polishing your glassed, chewing gum. looking left, looking right. The Viewer needs no device on location, he just needs to communicate with another viewer. It is not even hard to learn. With the low speed of chess you can learn it in an afternoon. No need to bring flavored yogurt. No things in body cavities. There is often no evidence possible, other than confessions. Can't I stop chewing my gum, look left, take off my glasses and lick my mouth - without being to suspected to have communicated Qd7-h3 to the player? Ridiculous! Players in Casino or bridge - and mind-readers and magicians - has done that for ages.

yeah the idea is that the accomplice would be watching the game and feeding moves into a computer then feeding back to the player what to play. That's why they've now delayed the broadcasts by 30 mins in top level chess

Statistically impossible games are evidence though. Even astronomical odds are evidence of they occur repeatedly, which they have here.

im not sure you know what evidence is, and to win a l libel case requires evidence there was liable.

AI is vastly superior. An AI can calculate millions of combinations and make plans, traps based off years worth of data generated in supercomputers stored in servers. That vs a human learning stuff.

@@epicchess2021 thanks. That explains it. However one of the ways to cheat is asking or communicating with other players. Well the guy won 53 straight. Clearly that wouldn't help. So he must have had the other method. How do you think he pulled this off if in fact he is guilty?

One thing in his defense I have to say. In grade school we did those math flash cards. I wasn't very good. But every time I went against the top students I would win. I would lose to every one else, but would step up my game against the best. But I digress

Since I'm rambling on I may as well say that even though I never played chess I've always played strategy games like axis and allies and even statigo when I was really young so I will try and watch your videos to understand chess movement

Clumsy, how ? You are not taking into account a whole bunch of external factors. eg. Magnus is uninterested in defending his title. How is that relevant? (Hint: there is a real answer) eg. Magnus has 100 million dollars. What does that mean ? (Again, the answer isn't "dunno")

The fact it appears clumsy may mean that we don't know everything there is to know... particularly though Nieman's multiple 100% engine games are pretty damming to me.

You probably chatt with young chiildren online via programs like discord or whatver online chatt groups you use. To an extent, eg take this example: Magnus suspected HAns but had no evidence but regardless Magnus is a major stakeholder in the Play Magnus Group and they run the Champions Chess Tour, which Hans was invited to for some events but once this happened those invites stopped. So in a way, despite no proof, 'the house' kicked Hans out! It's this kind of thing that Hans is now suing over
