Ive stumbled apon what may be the worst Tik Tok account out there. In today's video I expose my findings & show you multiple videos posted onto an account known as "Dr. Reptile". However, as you will all discover, the last thing this special human can be considered is a doctor for reptiles.
I hope you enjoy this out of the ordinary video, but more importantly I hope it opens your eyes to some really weird & disgusting people in our community. This should serve as an eye opener for everyone to be a little more nice to the reptile keepers that are trying their best every day in caring for their reptiles, because there will always be someone out there (like the person featured in this video) that take the cake for sh*tt*est reptile keeper.
Its okay to call out & constructively criticise reptile owners who may have been given improper care techniques from a pet store but make sure to be nice to them in doing so. However, if you come across a reptile abuser than you should not be nice, and you should let them know how you really feel.

This is very sad😭 First, the bins is way overfilled with water. The warer is not supposed to be any higher than the bearded dragon's elbows or knees...shallow is best to prevent accidents. With your hands you can scoop water on top of the beardies (being cautious to not get water into their ears). Second, bearded dragons can break bones quite easily from a fall...what a monster. Third, no WATER!!!! Bearded dragons need acess to clean water every day. Though they might not drink water as often, they need water at their disposal. I have a female juvenile bearded dragon, and she is everything to me. I always make sure she is safe, hidrated, healthy, and keep her temperature and humidification level where it should be. I dont know how he can mistreat such beautiful and innocent animals.

Those bearded dragons all have metabolic bone disease...it's not even hard to prevent this I hate that.

The ones where he has the bearded dragons in bins with water in them is super normal and its called soaking and is good for them... They are able to take in water from their vent that way and it helps them shed. I wouldn't put a bunch of adult beardies in the same bin too soak but putting beardies in a bin with water in it too soak is normal and the water wasn't too deep. Also beardies inflate their bellies when in the water to float not because they are stressed. His beardies look healthy but him tossing them was definitely stupid and wrong and those enclosures suck.

as someone who owns sugar gliders, the bit about the sugar gliders was absolutely horrible to watch.. You can see that the baby is clearly scared of him and he's CLEARLY not keeping it in a good enclosure, even as a baby. The cage he had for it was for temporary use ONLY. I bought my babies from a breeder and I got a cage similar to the one that baby was in, but that was PURELY for them to be delivered to me in and that was it. I knew it and the breeder told me that specifically. And you should NEVER chase or even pin sugar gliders down like that. I went on tiktok and looked this dude up and it seems like his account was taken down, and I hope to all that is good that he got taken down. Also the treatment of his reptiles is just disgusting. My brother had a beardie (who was happy and healthy up until the end) and seeing those poor babies in such rough shape was terrible to watch.. You outlined this very well, but they absolutely looked stressed and depressed. Another sign of stress is the darkening underneath their little scaly beards, which I noticed on all of them. I'm glad you brought awareness to this, and it sucks that people like this exist in the world.

Sad. I’m not sure what county this person is from, but I am from the uk and hear we have the RSPCA to report people and the abuse of animals to. He is clearly doing this for views and money, and doesn’t care for the animals or have any respect for them and there needs. He should be banned from keeping animals and someone should mistreat him the same way as he mistreated them

yeah, he’s definitely breeding bearded dragons & views them as just a number which explains the way he treats them. He probably views them as just a number rather than a living reptile. There are amazing reptile breeders out there, and then there are people like this that are horrible at what they do
