In todays video I redid Cruzes’ enclosure. He is an Anery morph corn snake and is approaching his one year birth day in a couple of days (December 25th). I show you how all of my snakes are doing, and also give tips and answer frequent questions I see in the comments along the way.
I hope this video gives you some ideas on how to set up your snakes enclosure!

Pro tip : watch movies at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies these days.

Yes ideally id want more floorspace as well as more height to add branches/ ledges

I have a question: how big is kruz'es terrarium?

At the moment Cruze’s enclosure is a 24x18x12 inch exo terra terrarium which is equivalent to a 20 gallon aquarium

@@ThatsSoReptii thanks, if it happens that i will get a corn snake for my birthday i will keep in a 20 gallon because it's the only size that i can keep in my household. *I live in a apartment.

bit late but 1x lenth 0.5x depth 1x high of the size of the snake means, 1.20m snake, needs to have a terrarium that is 120x60x120cm

how often should I change my snakes hides?

you can change them every time you clean the enclosure. Just have a few extra hides that you cycle through and youll be fine

No way my corn snake is called kruz but he is a baby he was hatched in August this year

Kruz & Cruze haha I like that. They grow so much in the span of a year it’s unbelievable! I remember when Cruz was very tiny, baby snakes are adorable in my opinion 🐍

What size enclosure would you say he needs to be in if he is 4 month tomorrow

I keep my baby snakes in tubs until around 6/7 months. A 4 Month old snake will do fine in a 10 gallon tank or equivalent in dimensions (20inches length by 10 inch width) around those dimensions should be good. Cruze is turning a year old and is in a 20 gallon exo terra tank (24L x 18W x 12H)
