I’ve been following this specific video for a few weeks now and started incorporating it once a week on glute workout day, obviously the first week was hard and I took longer breaks but my aim was to finish the video till the end. And got to say yesterday was my 5th time and wow 🎉 I can do 7-10 sets with no rest so definitely if you keep with it you start getting stronger. Lastly, dem buns are looking peachy no need for standing a certain angle cause hunny all angles are perky😂😂
I have a high metabolism but my knees have very low metabolism. I will be doing this workout in the morning and see if I can last more than 3mins. So intense

Just started the work outs today coz the figure must come in one way or the other. My knees are burning up in the first 5minutes 😂😂😂but giving up aint an option
I am pregnant too, I like to watch along and listen along while I tune in to my glutes in bed. I’m mentally preparing myself 😅😊 A few glute bridges and lay down exercises are good for me rn esp with all the weight on your knees
I relly like it when you are in the front your high level of anergy makes it easier to follow along because you make it clear with body movement what you are doing. I can count my moves. But ey Kodwa... If you move and the people in the front don't have the same energy...it gets a bit confusing. I love you! My glutes are on fire.

This is my 2nd day & I was out of breath but it felt good. The last time I worked out so intense was 4 years ago so my endurance is low. Nevertheless, I enjoy your workouts. Much love & blessings.
Where is the before and after pics of people in the class who started with no butt? I am seeing fast results doing this: You have to do SUMO SQUATS movinf forward not in the same place other aise your thigh will get just as big, jump squats, like frog jump as high as you can, donkey kicks, figure skating forward skating with legs crossing the other from behind while bent forward and mack hills to get it don faster. WATCH sumo swrestlers and do it the same and rake maca root and arginine, you need to do a high protein diet and eat in a small surplus so you dont lose the gains. Take ballet to do it faster without much pain. You are welcomed.
My problem is my diet ,its inconsistent. Sometimes I eat once a day or only twice day . Theres no point in exercising if your not feeding the glutes with a correct diet . Do you have a diet plan or suggest what we should eat in a day .
He does this everyday, up to 4 times in a day for one hour each time. Hes a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. His day is mostly workout 🏋🏿♂️
Ladies please go to a woman teaching you. Men naturally can put on myscle faster and eat more calories and do jit retain as much water. He started with plenty of muscle. He does not show his before and after pics nor how long it took and how flat his butt was when starting. He could he taking suppliments and not telling anyone. i had mo butt at all and now have some cause i do it the fast way with out over using knees.
@@carissawilliams7081 it seems like everything is squat based so focusing on strengthening the knee to withstand the duration of the workout might be possible? Like bending to where you are comfortable and strengthening the knee in that movement and working up to bending more? Not sure lol 🤷🏾♀️ that is what I plan to do though!
