Well what is considered “high in fat”? There was no recommendations of fat intake given. What percentage of calories should trainees shoot for while 1. Bulking/Maintaining, and 2. Dieting?

This is just superb, I've been looking for "fatty foods sleepy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Meyaanit Fatty Escapeify - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got excellent success with it.

I feel the slide behind has too small fonts. Cannot read while watching on a phone. May be bigger fonts and multiple slides will be better. Love the content from Eric Helms. Have learnt a lot. Thanks u sir.

So how many grams fat you recommend to eat per weight kg when cutting?

I get 0.7-0.9g/kg fat on average and thought thats quite low but also I seem to be doing fine with either fat loss or muscle/strength gain

I like to up fat if it goes below the minimum range during training days (as you may need more carbs) when cutting to upregulate hormones

This may be a pandora's box of a question, but: What about fat intake regarding clients with PCOS? With this being a sort of metabolic syndrome/hormonal disorder (they don't really know exactly the cause) people with PCOS are recommended to lower carbs. For bodybuilding specifically, would a TKD diet or just generally "liberal" keto work better for the client's health goals, but allow them to perform as well?

I have PCOS and the only thing that has helped my symptoms is lowering carbs to be honest.

Whats the best time to eat fats ?? Should it be eaten without carbs ?

Whenever you want. There is no best time and it will be pretty hard to eat food without consuming carbs and fats together

Aditya Shirodkar there is no best but 0.6-1.2g/kg of BW is a good range for most

But the title of the video is "What Is The BEST Fat Intake? | Macro Breakdown and Calculating Macros With Eric Helms." Not only do you not mention what the best fat intake is, there is nothing about calculating macros on this video.

I'm disapointed how the video didn't include ranges of fat intakes based on lean body mass like Helm's video on protein did. Is the .6 -1.2g/kg you just recommended based on total mass or fat free mass?
