So should the RBE be avoided (as stated in www.strongerbyscience.com/grow-like-a-new-lifter-again/, through deloads and cycling high frequency+low frequency blocks), or should it not be avoided through similar training/exercises and a progressive overload of weight overtime?
In my current understanding, RBE is something sweet because it means that advanced bodybuilders can train more often than the general advice to wait 2 a 3 days, hence progressive overload can continue, either with more intensity or with more volume. But if you are a rather lazy bodybuilder than RBE is not your friend, and therefore you wish to be a beginner again.
