Finding a Commonwealth Div that Doesnt Suck?! Steel Division 2  

Buff the Bren gun to be the same as the ZB30, which it was developed from (which would also make it same as BAR). Small buff that could bring up Commonwealth equipped divisions without making them overpowering?

Having played a lot of CMW decks, I think they all share similar issues: 1. Lack of versatile long range HE projection. Scots has the Churchill but it's giga-slow, 3Can has the priest but it does very little damage, 2NZ has the sherman which is just ok, and 8th Indian has nothing. Yes, all decks can use things like arty to compensate, but a Flak88 + IG is a more painful combo to deal with than usual 2. The 17pdr is just too expensive to only shoot AP. Compare with Resita 3. The divisions generally feel slow. Scots especially. Kinda like the Hungarians 4. The Bren sucks. Really bad. You are slow to pin even disheartened inf. 5. Fireflies are good, but not a silver bullet 8th Indian kinda skirts the speed issue, and its infantry is juuuust cheap enough to get by. The 80pt guns are good enough to help mitigate issue 1. So they avoid a lot of the pitfalls. But having less weaknesses =/= strength

There should be an offmap alarm except for emergency one. Like 1-2 shells exploding nearby for adjusting the aim before the main offmap hits. Its more realistic and better for gameplay, but Eugene don't want to implement it for some reason

I think this division is best in V for Victory, you can really cheese it with flamers and snipers in A, 75mm trucks are amazing too, and in C you bring out the big guns with triple 1 star inf cards

20:00 - here be dragons. i mean offmap! 29:40 - it clearly states "out of range" (although you didn't hover long enough for me to spot how many meters you were off by) 30:00 - the opposing AA was on a reverse slope and ground attack tends to fly low so it would only be shot at once it passed a certain point.

Yeah, I think it's unfair that the Piat only has 50% chance to hit while the panzerfaust (another low velocity weapon) has an 80% chance to hit. The Bren gun is another issue. I think it's unrealistic that the Bren has a lower rate of fire than both the BAR and the Breda 30. I say we use history, the Bren was regarded as an accurate weapon so double the bren base accuracy.

maybe commonwealth could be balanced by increasing the bolt action fire rate and pretend every conscript does the mad minute

2nd New Zealand has some nice goodies. Solid infantry, 17 pounders galore, decent spammable artillery.

Also another thing about the British cons have more then there infantry are below average there at launcher sucks always miss the piat I would say British are more heavy panzer fighting more then infantry fighting

Just in general commonwealth seem to be slightly over priced. I'd like to see the none mortar UC carriers dropped in price by 5, people might actually use them then to support the inf. The Herbert funnies could use a price drop also.

GG. I think you are sleeping on cursaders though, both good inf support and good aa for the cost.

What about 6A South Africa? I thought they were quite good with fireflies and such.

How is the Indian rifles a good but the Kerékpárosok a bad infantry unit? (you repeatedly say you don't get it why people bring them) When you compare the two, Kerékpárosok has one more man, one more SMG with better accuracy, basically the same rifle stats (rate of fire is marginally lower) and an LMG with a lot higher fire-rate. Yes, they lose the raider trait, but that's the only real negative. And all this for the same point cost. Not saying Indian rifles are not good, but it's a good example why you shouldn't count Kerékpárosok as "garbage infantry".

Dude plays a game for 5k hours straight and is fighting an american bazooka division sends a Sherman with no inf support or recon to roll around in forest, what could go wrong?

They should give enfield semi-auto fire rate, that would make it balanced
