Hello! Thank you for all of your videos! Could you do a video on lower back pain? Us on online university, working from home AND homework due to the pandemic are suffering from lower back pain from sitting 12+ hours in front of a computer. Thanks once again

Can you do a video on relieving paranoia, I think I’m suffering from ppd NOT PTSD PPD GOOGLE IT

Massage therapy doesn't treat PPD directly, but it can be very helpful by lowering anxiety levels. Take a look on my channel and you'll find many videos on self-massage, meditation, stretching, and breathing techniques all aimed at anxiety reduction.
