I love all of the information provided on the left side of the screen, it's distracting and engaging. I hate staring at a screen for up to an hour just watching somebody else bounce on their machine

I did this straight after the 8 song tempo run 🥵. It was fantastic. My sprint pace in the 8 song session became my hard run pace in this one. You really motivate me to push hard. Thank you 🙏🏼 ❤

Sooo good great versatile workout can double it up or use as a warm up or good as quick burst! 15 min of jammin out Rachel isn’t enough 😂
