For Baby Broccoli bite

(🔺While feeing your baby don’t leave them unattended)

🔺 Cook hard fruit & vegetables until just tender, before chopping or mashing it.
-🔺Continue Breastfeeding/Formula milk whenever they’re hungry
🔺 🔺 foods that may cause choking, such as hot dogs, raw vegetables, grapes, hard cheese, popcorn, and nuts

BROCCOLI BITE 🥦
-Broccoli stems contain all the same nutrients as the florets, which makes them an extremely healthy food. Broccoli is what is known as a 'nutrient dense' food, which means that it packs a lot of vitamins and minerals ,
peel the fibrous trunk with a vegetable peeler to get rid of the outer skin. keep peeling until you reach the tender green center.
1/2 cup steamed/boiled broccoli & stems
Finger size carrot
1 tbsp fresh peas
3 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tbsp organic mozzarella cheese (organic vally)
1 egg white
-Wash & Soak broccoli in salt water for 10 minutes then rinse it off
-Boil broccoli, carrot, green peas in 2 cups of water until soft
-Transfer to mixing bowl mash with potato masher to break all vegetables up because you do want it to be in very small pieces
-Add to grinder 1 slice of brown bread tear them into pieces & coarsely pulse add to mixing bowl
your baby can eat broccoli, providing it is squashable between your finger and thumb.
Mozzarella cheese, egg white mix all of these together
-Now use your hand to shape these into rectangle or round whatever shape you like
-Bake 180dg, for 20 minutes
Or
Pan fry: Rub some butter ( use nonstick pan)
Form a ball in your hands and place it in heated pan, press down with a spatula or your hands to flatten them like fritters and shallow fry them
-Cook both sides till fully cooked
(5-6 minutes over low flame)
-Let it cool, tare them into pieces
-Serve

Just a suggestion, please steam veggies in a steamer so that the nutrients are not lost. Otherwise a great recipe ❤

That’s correct, but I’m using veg boiled water for her Khichdi or to make her roti 😊 Personally I always steam my veggies.
