Fresh snacks!! Love it...looked pretty easy to make as well. Saving that one to the memory bank for a cold wintery day here in a few months!

Put a cookie sheet beneath it in the oven and it'll drip on it, that'll also keep it from dripping into the stove burner. Easier to throw the cookie sheet into the dish-swisher than cleaning appliances. Do the gravy on the side instead of inside the pie, and add some diced roasted potatoes in place of the gravy. Now you're more along the lines of a pasty (go to Butte if you don't know what a pasty is boys).

The pot pie looks good but the metal whisk on that beautiful cast iron pan though.
