I have been having pain in my right since a month - as part of my job I have/ had to load Refrigerators, Washing machines etc. to the goods vehicle, and I am sure I was not doing it right way as I am new to this - Consulted the doctor who suggested (after taking x-ray) Physio for 5 days and exercise for abut a month it didn't work, I must admit I wasn't diligent with the exercise either. Met him again suggested an MRI and found out it is frozen shoulder, now I have bee suggested Physio again for little longer period, if that is not working suggested a surgery costing around 1.5 to 1.7 Lacs... damn... I am going to be serious this time... now I have better information about it.. thank you again...

sir ,two years ago i had neck pain.but after doing yoga for 4 months ,almost pain had gone.but just after 5 months from healing i got shoulder pain..now presently i have shoulder pain,hand pain,back pain

I have personally spent lots of money with Orthopaedic Doctors but they hardly explain and straightway put the patients on full range exercises from day 1 and we dont get any relief. Good Morning Ji, I am having severe pain in my right shoulder. When I take my arm up from back side, I feel pain. I am also having tendon bicep of right arm and it sours very much. My nephew (Bhanja) Dr. Rinkle Sodhi is also running Homeocare clinic in your town. But I am from Melbourne. Even Celebrex 200 mg is also not working. Since you said exercising comes at a later stage then how should I minimize the pain. Should I take pain killers to come out of the pain stage? Can you pls advise.

Sir, a good information video. I have problem in my right shoulder. I met an accident in 2004. In accident i fell on my shoulder and got crack on shoulder ball joint. Went through surgery steel fixation, during rest period of 2 months had to hang with strap. This made my shoulder week and movement limited. Later with physiotherapy improved but not to actual. Now last 6 months getting pain on same surgery joint and muscle getting stiff. After seeing your video, i think it's frozen shoulder. What is your advice sir? Please.

Sir I am 52yr/f recently diagnosed as frozen shoulder. Not a diabetic/HTN. 3months back I have cleaned my house in 90degree hand elevation for 1:30hrs.later pain started and gradually as u said sleep disturbance and flexion, extension and rotation limitation started. As u explained in video I think it is stage-1. Now my query is I am doing pendulum, extension of affected hand with the help of another hand exercise as per orthopedician advice. MRI done, no ligament tear. . Still do I will get stage - 2 (shoulder stiffness)? I am doing all my household works, I am working women if there is shoulder stiffness it wl spoil my future. What I have to do now?? Pl. Suggest sir.

Hi, I had right shoulder frozen some 3months back while trying to do some mild exercise to resume mobility after my slip disc surgery in Mar beginning.With pendulum movements and correcting sleeping postures I am feeling 75% better but it is not improving further. Wanted to check if this is fully correctable and how much time it takes. I specifically feel pain in the nerve extending from right ear to neck. More so till some time after lying on bed.
