@@danielfarrugia3884 I second that... that's about 5:40 mile pace... 1 minute per mile slower than his marathon best (sorry for the use of mile.. American here)
@@oilguy777 @Ivan Vargas yeah, but he ran at that pace for a considerably shorter time, 26 miles, not 62, so you really can't keep such a pace up for that long. 5:40 per mile for 62 miles without slowing down is just superhuman
Maurten is basically just fructose and sucrose w/out any added flavoring. There are a few other ingredients, but it's basically just sugar water. Really expensive sugar water.
I did run 25 km with no drinks on me , did fall to the ground at the end but that was an attempt , look.. the last 2 kilometers here in Essen I got this energy out of nothing , I was death and suddenly this source of energy start pushing me to the last 1 kilometer left , after that I just drink plenty of watter 2 bananas , and did go to nap for 50 minutes I guess ... After that my body start to.recover , and had a normal beautiful day
I don't think he's running the marathon in a couple of weeks, but correct me if I'm wrong. I guess they want to build up hype for the April 18th marathon (which was supposed to be in Hamburg).
eluid kipchoge doesn't know might be..that plastic or cover used for that drink is going to disastrous for the environment for future generation...if the package made with biodegradable one..thne it will help to runner and future generation.
Yeah right as if your not using plastic.. you're a hypocrite if you don't admit your not using plastic. The clothes you wear a wrap in plastic before you bought it. The detergent your using to wash your clothes are wrapped in plastic. The food you eat are most wrapped in plastic.
