This full body at home routine is structured to work most of the body using resistance bands to further stimulate the muscles and make the workout intense, dynamic and challenging!
If you don't have elastic bands you can do this full body tabata workout with exercises with your own weight and it can be very effective too!
the functional exercises with garters are the following:
1.resistance band chest press 2.resistance band front squat 3.resistance band crunches
4.resistance band rows 5.resistance band lunges 6.resistance band lunges (right)
7. resistance band shoulder press 8. resistance band bicep curls
