By 8 is crazy and how long do you even sleep for? Because for me I sleep for like 7 hours during school and like 8 or 9 during the holidays or weekends.
😂 what are the odd same bro and I wake up at 5 - 6 then do my morning routine and then school, work and then gym and repeat, i do make time for my bodies when I have rest days for my gym in these 2 months I lost 10 kg my weight was 85 kg now is 75 kg and increased 1 inch of height soo I still have a little fat left when it done I will be like 67 weigh 💀and repeat 💀

I’d say that is true, but watch out for the words “than they normally would”. Is it normal to eat bad quality food? Cause fixing your diet will only bring you to your potential. It can’t take you infinitely out of your genes, and having an extremely good diet doesn’t mean you’ll grow to 6’3 automatically.
Im 15 at 5'7 can i grow? . I sprint 2 or 1 times a week my father is 5 '' 10 or 9 my mother is 5'3 i dont have a very tall parent but they families are tall like 6 foot something. I want to reach 6'1 or 2 if possible
@@maxdavies8222 Not really. The whole point is exerting max effort for a short period of time repeatedly. That’s how you trigger creation of the maximum amount of growth hormone your body uses to grow.
You don't need to stress about numbers. Just think about filling your plate with lots of it in your meals: eggs, sardines, meats. If you cannot eat more, you ate enough. Force-feeding is BS imo, and we think it makes sense based on the holy calorie theory everyone's mom knows.

@@Mira-ov9es You are right. It’s always “bad” on the joints, but being overweight puts much more unnecessary stress. An alternative would be doing the same on a stationary bike - warm up first lightly, and then up the difficulty until you basically need to stand up to pedal. Do your best for 20-30s and then rest, before repeating it the same way as in sprints. If you can do it for more than 30s full effort, it’s too light. Increase the difficulty.

You started puberty not too young so that might help, however slow growth changes and the fact that you are 17 may mean that you less likely are to grow any more than an inch - but 5’1 isn’t bad ig (I’m literally watching this video to know what to avoid so I don’t grow any taller 🤭💀)
@@KadmosMM Ohhh you’re a guy? If you take care of your body and face like going gym and doing your hair nicely then it won’t be an issue (height isn’t everything and you can make yourself look good in other ways) - I’m 178cm/5’10 as a teen girl and I would kill to be even 5 inches shorter 🥲

I've been doing some research on it and this goes against everything the science preaches. I might release a video on it, but the notion is that you can only grow taller later on if you had something that was holding you back during the teenage years: aka bad sleep, not enough nutrients, some injury, etc. You cannot regularly grow more. It's all in your genes. But, this theory suggests you will always get to your potential and you cannot permanently "stunt" you growth. Once you heal everything that was stopping you, you will grow how much you could. But, don't think you are able to randomly grow more.
@@AlexPeaceOfficial after watching your video i started to eat cleaner drink a lot of water hitting the gym consumed creatine nd i feel good , if it came with height increase why not , i try stretching whenever i can and yeah im trying , im sleeping more too instead of 5-4 hours so if something changed i'll tell ya

What’s that? A pill? If it is, I doubt so. If there’s a nutrient deficiency, it’s usually a combination of a lot of different nutrients found in whole foods. It’s never 2-3 ones. People pretend they know everything about nutrients and what different minerals do, but they are just trying to sell you whatever. The truth is, we don’t know much about how nutrients work together, but that field is growing atm.
