@@razvan6989 Well - how does being ordinary or normal preclude a person from experiencing art? I work in the performing arts. Audience looks pretty normal to me, and most of the time they respond to things people ordinarily respond to. And it’s not like Gary Moore is some vastly abstract, avantgarde piece of performance art that’s hard to wrap your mind around either. I don’t get your point …
I openly declare: GARY MOORE IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE, EMOTIONAL, EXQUISITE, UNIQUE, EXTRAORDINARY, GLORIOUS, TALENTED, INTENSE, MINDBLOWING, BREATHTAKING MUSICIAN EVER LIVED ON THE PLANET!!! No more to say.
this guy was a real genius. This song reminds me a lot of messiah will come again, but it's original and brilliant... Gary, you are dearly missed. Best guitar player ever.
Gary knew just how good Roy was & though he did cover Roy's The Messiah Will Come again with brilliance you can hear Roys influence on him & lord have mercy if they ever had the chance to play together in life but we wish up where they are God is in for a treat & that's just for Gary & Roy , you can only imagine Jimi ,Duane , Kim Simmonds & all the greats we have lost up there with Marshalls on volume 11 !!!! If they went to hell the devil is in for big trouble .....
Gary is the most emotional, outstanding, the best gutarist ive ever heard. when you listen to gary moore you can feel it in your whole body. no other guitarist and musician have had such an emotional and inspirational impact on me when it comes to music. he had the speed and stamina of a metal guitarist, the emotion and licks of a blues player, and the tone from heaven. "Still got the blues"- "The Messiah Will indeed Come Again"- we miss you Gary.
One player is the same emotional like Gary and plays with the same passion... Angus Young from AC/DC. But of course Gary was the one and only, so amazing musician!!! Love him!
+Milos Gary Moore was very special. He was unique. Greetings!! I agree with you about the songs. I have a couple of solos. I would like you to take a look at them and let me know what you think about them. Your opinion is very important sir. Thanks!
his phrasing and how close his overall guitar playing is on the verge of destruction is mesmerizing, literally all of his equipments capabilities he pushes to the edge, that guitar is literally bleeding the blues
..pudistes demostrar que la muerte es sólo una etapa transitoria en el ser humano y que los sentimientos son los que perdurarán eternamente....es la flor de un nuevo amanecer....gracias hermano por tan hermoso tema...un abrazo hasta el cielo!!!
I cry everytime!! I listen to this WONDER!! OF PURE MAGIC!!! GARY MOORE POURING HIS HEART & SOUL INTO A GUTAIR!!! OH! R.I.P A PURE MATER!! BUT REALLY A TRUE LEGEND!! IN HIS OWN RIGHT MY HE BE LOOKING DOWN .TRUE FAN!! TO DA BLUES! OH! MY HEART JUST BEATS SO HARD!! LV FRM SCOTLAND! XXX
I saw a entry on reddit say who was the most famous person that their life was cut short. I think was this man Gary Moore. Moore could offered so much more to the world. Brilliant man. RIP.
The more I watch this the more I think this performance is biblical the whole piece is beautiful and the ending just goes into another world there will never be another like Gary Moore
So bloody hauntingly melodic and emotional its almost like a relgious experience. I am in tears......feeling the love. Beautiful. Cheers Gary. You were the BEST. And WOW that final sustained note...............magnificent
My favourite piece by Gary after The Messiah Will come Again... and this one, he wrote it (although the former he made it his own). I keep thinking he was making his guitar sing, cry, weep, scream and whisper like nobody else, as we can hear on this magnificent version of The Prophet. I'm glad to have seen him play twice on stage in the early 90's but wish it would have been way more often... 10 years already since he left us.

I was lucky enough to see him twice before his untimely death. I wish id had as much appreciation for him then. Ive never felt so emotionally in debt to one particular musician. His beauty on the instrument was and is second to none. His music and feel touched me like no other. Miss you Gary.
+James Chapman I am really glad you met Gary Moore alive. Hey I have some solos on my youtube channel, I would like you to take a look at them and give me your opinion, which is really important. By the way I am looking for more friends to share videos with and talk about. I would be very grateful if you subscribed to my channel as I did to yours and start a friendship. Thanks brother! Have a nice day.
Simply a guitar god! Gary really showed his emotions when he was playing - so touching! I also love and admire David Gilmour, he´s a god as well, but in a different way.
Gilmour is more laconic, I'd say, only his slide solos and bits of a few live tracks like "Sorrow" have a similar amount of emotion. Steve Rothery of Marillion is somewhere in between... elegant and refined like Gilmour but often more emotional - or maybe it's just Marillion's music in general.
My tears sliding from my cheeks and I’m thinking my happiness and sweet excitement when I first saw her, and the saddest thing is that she locked me in this precious piece for nothing and I found myself in his riffs.Rıp Master…
Visions in my head of a loved one gone away, crying to go, crying to stay. The music unites him with others along the way. Heaven calls him home. I listen to this song. God gives gifts to His people and music is a gift.
gary hat mit der gitarre gesungen - wie niemand sonst unter unserem himmel! unglaublich wie er emotionen bis aufs äusserste treiben kann...RIP gary - your music is still alive
