Do you have WEAK ankles? Are your ankles the reason you keep getting injuries? Are you stuck with ankle pain or knee, hip, or low back pain because your ankles aren’t functioning properly? Let me help you fix that problem with this quick, effective ankle strength routine. Incorporating this simple follow along sequence of ankle exercises can help you recover from injury or prevent problems from weak ankles that aren't working properly. As someone who has personally overcome the challenge of ankle injury due to ankle weakness, I know what works and what doesn’t. In this video, I am going to show you the all time BEST ankle strength exercises that I use multiple times per week to keep my ankles healthy and stable. This routine is a basic set of movements you can fit in before workouts or activities to prep your ankles to perform well and prevent injury without needing equipment. Wearing KT Tape can also provide additional help in keeping the ankle in proper placement. For me, KT Tape functions as an ankle brace which gives support that is very comfortable without limiting my range of motion or decreasing blood flow. Not only does it hold the body together and remind you of proper posture, New clinical studies show that wearing KT Tape on the targeted muscle groups used during physical activity or exercise and continuing to wear it for days after can help diminish post-workout muscle soreness, also known as DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), by up to 50% for 48-72 hours after your workout. Anything that can helps me be LESS sore and more mobile is a win in my book!

Thanks! Not asking for a dx, but any idea what could possibly cause weakness in just one ankle? My left ankle went weak seemingly out of nowhere a while back and not only does it feel unstable, but my heel hurts every day to varying degrees (I'm on my feet over 9 hours a day)

@@NoxCattus Hi Leigh! oh man it could be so many things - muscular imbalances, compensation patterns, movements or activities - impossible to tell without working with you. Think to explore higher up the kinetic chain and investigate into your body's tightnesses or weaknesses or history of movement.

Finally after months of watching videos something I can begin to do! OMG I babied my ankle while standing on one leg basically for months not realizing I was doing that. WEAK ankle and walking issues do to the swing to the right leg in my hip and weight on one leg in busy season not going out much being self employed making products. I hope I can get strong again. Scary not many things online to do for this. Never been weak like this in my life.

Thank you for including the ankle. Since 2018, I've had Plantar Fasciitis and since 2019 Tendonitis in the ankle. Anything that helps to strengthen my left ankle is a wonderful thing. Especially when I'm feeling afraid of doing certain exercises because of these ailments. 🙂

me either on the injured and healed side. I had no idea my ankle got that weak! scary not many ways to strengthen this issue without full toes raises! Seriously I imagine broken ankles have to have this issue too! I had a sprain and wasn't swollen but babied it not realizing what was going on with that ankle with standing all day on the strong one.
