hunterworks.com/inc/sdetail/5... This video is an install video of our round rollers to replace the square pucks in the 2016 and newer non-turbo RZR and Rangers. Also shows you the damage if you don't.
Thanks Todd, love the how to vids. Just got your belt for my 16 RZR can’t wait to put that on and get rid of the “jerky starts” now I see I need to update my clutch with the round rollers. Keep up the great work you doing and thanks for making QUALITY Products to replace the “half assed” stock parts!!
Just put the round rollers in my secondary clutch and put on your belt piece of cake thanks to the video. Keep up the great work and parts your providing love the videos
Put thick washer thick belt and rollers on my 23 and my buddys 16 today went smooth thanks for the videos definitely reduced the jerky starts, the hunterworks spring compressor worked great!
If your parts are as well made as your video, I'm very impressed. I'm inclined to run out and buy a RZR just so that I can use your parts. Thanks! (Have a '17 Alterra XT 1000 and after market parts seem to be really rare for them.)
Unfortunately things change out of our control, the video is still applicable and the site says two only and we cut the price basically in half. The shows installing two, you get two at a lower price. But a good point.
When you say never put them in the rear, what exactly do you mean? Looking forward to ordering this kit for my 19. Just hope significant damage isn’t done already. Only around 50 hours so hope for the best
No, that most likely is just the rollers moving from once side to the other in the helix. My 17 Ranger does that. I run a Duraclutch system in it and it is gone
Round but not any that we sell, they have what we call the piece ofcrap clutch and they fail often. The Rangers with engine braking have the better ebs style clutch and our small rollers
James Stone For sure they won was the best day to do it and I bet you have where are you just not looking close when you take those perks out you’re going to see your groove and by the way I’m replying while driving so no telling what Siri said
@@ICU-th7qj yes it does, again send video or pics to my email todd@hunterworks.com the washer does not sit beneath the spring, it moves inside it on that shaft and rests against the spider nut and communicate via email or call me, I don't see this as easily
Not sure to be honest, won't be long. In talks with Fedex now, there are some new rates with the new trade agreement. The other issue is shipping volume is so high that shippers are delaying delivery and losing items
