thanks for sharing! It might help next time to call out which muscles are getting worked during different phases so I know I am doing it correctly. Especially not sure if getting lower back pain slightly means I am doing it wrong. I like that you kept it all natural and not out some music that may not suit everyone's taste.

I would like to order some gliders but my work out area has the snap together blocks as my floor, would you know if they glide over the that type of floor. Thanks in advance for your help!

They work on smooth surfaces or carpet. But if your surface has grooves they won't work well. :(

Just started exercising today after 5 years. Oooh I'm so unfit at 78kg. I do'n't doubt I'll be much better after a week. Thanks for these starter glider exercises. It's hard and very challenging for this beginner glider.

Today I will try this one .. looks easy at first😅 I love gliders. .i started with two towels/socks ..but the gliders are much better. They are not expensive ..I ordered my from amazon ..and they are great..much easier to use.

You have to be invited to collaborate as an affiliate but yes hoping for that in the future. There are gliders for carpet and gliders for wood - that's the biggest thing you have to consider. They are all similar - many brands to choose from!

Idk what I did wrong but as I was tryn to lift myself up with butt pointed upwards I think I pulled a stomach muscle. 🤷🤦‍♀️😳. Hurts alot on my left side. What shall I do or not do

Those are carpet gliding discs! The grey discs are for the hardwoods floor. Job job though

They are dual sided discs. One side for hardwood and the other for carpet.
