As well as what I eat for a slim thick body (small waist + flat stomach... but to help the gains in your lower body)! In this workout routine, I show you my glute activation warm up... PLUS some of and my favorite exercises to grow your butt and legs (hip thrusts, cable kickbacks, sumo squats, etc.). This workout and post workout helps me to gain weight/ muscle in my booty, and keep my stomach flat! These are also the rep ranges I use for hypertrophy.... to get THICK!!! lol
