Cole, idk how I just discovered this but this is amazing! I love the new format🙏🏽 but also - I’m a firm believer in God in the Christian aspect but even then I take liberties with my idea of what God is. I think the Bible, the Quran, and any other religious text are very open to interpretation so I choose to interpret them how it make sense to me. I like your content but I mostly prefer minimally edited videos, so when I saw the new channel, I was so happy. The concoction I've always wanted to see but thought wouldn't happen.

I remember the first couple times you talked about psychedelics on your channel and the idea of a collective consciousness & higher power, God, etc. I was at a similar point in my life where I was diving into Eastern philosophy religion, more broad concepts of spirituality, and I thought it was super cool that you were talking about it more. I actually remember I had taken acid and I opened up RU-vid and you had literally just released a video about psychedelics minutes before that. I just smiled to myself and was like, "well, I used to call this a coincidence." Now, as you say, I call them synchronicities. Life is so amazing man.

I believe in God, I believe Science and Religion can work together to explain things in this world and I do believe in the after life. I would rather believe that then just nothing. As long as people believe in whatever God or religion that teaches them positive things in life, we can be better people

Love the transparency. I believe God exists due to the cosmological argument. The Bible says we all know God exists intuitively because of the greatness and complexity of nature. All tribal people believe in God or gods, I believe atheists exist due to the detachment from nature and natural living.

It's interesting tuning into you from time to time. I saw an early video of you where u were 100? days into nofap (and at 59 seeing a young guy recommending this was surprising) and wondering where this will lead. Later, saw your vids about life path, assessment of talents and potentials, various methods of not letting things get you down, etc. In this one, you surprised me with the 'creator not knowing that they created this universe' idea, since that has *never* occurred to me before. I'm an atheist but still open to a variety of ideas. Since you blew my mind, I can share something with you: Humans create tools, we create societies, and we create gods. Also, I think the self-improvement-as-fiction genre already exists--- there is The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Millman...and The Celestine Prophecy. I've only read Alchemist, and it's really good. It's great watching your videos, seeing you checking in with us while on your journey. 😊🗻

is life's purpose just to 'feel good'? Maybe the wrong starting point to begin with is the pursuit of happiness itself. If belief in god should do anything for you, it should be to mobilize you to fight the injustice of the world, not to make you content and complacent. Yet I find it better to fight injustice and engage in struggle without the justification of some higher power, that's just me; whatever it takes to make a better world possible.

okay so, right now i have been thinking about death a lot recently for some reason, and i sort of started scaring myself because of the afterlife, but then i get this video that was just uploaded at the same time and it makes me think more that maybe there is something trying to tell me to not worry

While I dont personally believe this stuff as I never have felt, seen, or experienced all these coincidences you speak of. Certainly theres things science can't explain, maybe that's for now or forever. But then you get to renouned scientist like Max Planck, a nobel prize winner in Physics was a Lutheran. That things are too precise to be left to chance and randomness, hence a higher power. Again, it's not my cup of tea but definitely gets one thinking

This is the ultimate question, isn't it? we all know that there's something greater than ourselves. It's not science vs God, both are true, but one can only explain the material through the rationale of the human mind. I will say this to you brothers, don't stop searching for truth until you find it. My path led me to Christ (as completion of truth itself). I know it's a little polarizing, but do not be afraid of asking the hard questions, all great minds have done this.

I have a weird perspective on things. My mother was schizophrenic and I associate belief in religion with “having firm beliefs and no tangible reason to have them”. There are many it’s not very harmful for, for many it’s overall helpful, but there will always come a point where a belief not based in reality will conflict with something in reality and cause conflict. It might take a long time, but there are so many physical issues to overcome in our tangible reality, and trying to work with people is so much harder when you don’t agree on what reality actually is, when you base things on physical things and they make baseless assumptions. I think it’s clear that regardless of the explanation, we’re all here, we’re animals with physical brains and physical environments to react to. The best we can do is make as many of those experiences across those perspectives positive as we can, and if any body of faith gets it right, hope they value a blind shot at doing the right thing, cause that’s all we really have. Thanks for the chill discussion.

I commented in the self mastery group about the “conversations with God” book series I’m currently listening to. I think you’d really like them and would find a lot of agreement and insight in the concepts that the series presents.

4:13 this is just wrong. I think what you mean is either: A - If enough people agree on something and a consensus is reached then it can be treated as if it's objective B - If enough people agree on something there is likely some underlying reason why, and that reason objectively exists

Everyone is always being influenced by everything around them. You can easily imagine two separate people are subscribed to you and also another channel. On the other channel they watch a video and see a positive comment that has a lot of likes so they also like it and then decide to use that comment on the next video they watch to spread positivity but also because they have Seen evidence that It generates engagement. They happen to go to different videos of yours next and then they both comment at the same thing at the same time.

Brother, I hade always the thought of life being just like this till Allah made me see something different, Allah just made you see something different then others.. My brother is the path of thoses who believe that the life work alone without any perfect power controlling everything really the right path to follow? All of these powers and gods others are believing in are just things they named by them and their fathers who taught it to them, Allah didn't reveal any of them! All the unseen power is in the hand of Allah, he told us to not worship anything exept of him, that's the absolut right standing relegion but most people doesn't know, that's Islam! I advice you to read the quran cause it seems like Allah oppened your heart!

I don't think its that crazy if a lot lf your videos covers a lot of the same ideas. If one video was about toasters and another was about government bribery... It'd probably be more surprising. If you do a lot of the same things and talk about the same things, I dont find it surprising or coincidental at all. Actually, pretty much to be expected. I dont belive in God. But I really don't judge anyone who does. Especially if it is their personal thing. It is nice to believe in things. Especially if it is harming no one. I have used spiritual language to describe things, and tarot as a sort of Rorschach test to tease out my own subconscious beliefs. Ive never met someone with nebulous, "vague spirituality" that was ever a menace, from crystal having middle aged moms to Joe who prays while fishing. Heck, even I have a lucky ring even tho I believe none of it. Its when its specific and dogmatic and replaces more sensible thought that it ever becomes an issue. I've never met someone with no belief system that was a problem, really. To be sensible is to leave doors slightly ajar. Not real ones lol. Metaphorical ones. To hold ideas loosely. Ive seen people do that from all walks of life.

Some of the comments here are horrible. God exists. There is only one God, the one true God, and there is no one like him. The only way to be with God is through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. God is everywhere, and if you are unable to see and want to learn more and be with him, read the Bible. Not only read the Bible, but also understand what it is saying, through history, wisdom, parables, prophecies, and more. The Bible is God's Word, and the Word was with God and was God in the beginning. The Word is Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit will guide and help you in your journey through Christ, if you let him. Same thing for Jesus, allow him to help you when he knocks at your door. Jesus really is coming soon. You only live once, and you do have time to get right with Jesus before he comes back. Science and Religion do not contradict each other. Many of the greatest minds on earth believed in God, and their belief was not in vain, especially the martyrs who died due to their faith for Jesus Christ. Having faith in God means trusting him. I will pray for those who wants to seek Jesus, especially those who are seeking him. I will also pray for those who don't believe in Jesus and those who hate him.
