Green Smoothie and Berry Raw Oats with Banana Milk

This is my favorite simple breakfast meal that was inspired by The Medical Medium. He says bananas are the liver's favorite food, so this meal incorporates delicious ways for you to get more bananas in to your diet.
Green Smoothie (1 Serving):
1 banana frozen
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 Tablespoon Almond Butter
2 handfuls of spinach (You won't taste the greens, thanks to the bananas!)
1/2 cup of water
Blend
Berry Oats:
1/2 cup raw rolled oats (not quick oats or steel cut oats)
Fresh berries of your choice
Banana slices
Cinnamon and raisins
Banana milk: place half of a frozen or fresh banana in blender with 1/2 cup water and blend.
Pour over your oats and enjoy!

Love, love, love, this, going to try this, I've been eating steel cut quick oat adding zucchini and cooking it up in my I-pot, but, I have to try this, thanks for all your videos!

I did not know that bananas were so good for the liver. It seems every time I go to the store the bananas are always green. I never tried raw oats . I will give your recipes a try. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your comment Anna! I didn't know bananas were good for the liver either. The Liver Rescue, by Anthony Williams has taught me so much. I hope you enjoy the smoothie and the oats. My yoga taught me to eat raw oats years ago and they help fill me up more than cooked oats. Thanks!

@@kathleenkastner thanks for the reply. I will have to check out that book. I took a yoga class many years ago but some of the moves were hard for me to do. I do pilates on my machine which are easier for me. Have a good day.
