Happy New Year! I did the same thing. Just stayed at home. Soon as the neighbors stopped with the fireworks I went to sleep. :P I was up bright and early though... well okay maybe not bright. :P It was only 330 am so it was still dark. Sorry to hear about your little dog. :( My dogs are getting on in years too and I know I need to think about living without them but I really don't want to. Especially my Kelly girl who was a shelter rescue. I wish I could find a way to make her live a lot longer... I still find it really neat that Daniel and my son are pretty much the same age. My son will also be a senior next school year and I have no idea where the time went. - Heidi

My dog had congestive heart failure for years and passed at 15.5 yrs. I had to cook his food because he couldn't have salt. Then he got the meds from the vet.

This family relative and her senior citizen friends thought a remake of that show with a GLBT couple would be wonderful. I thought of your family and your wonderful videos. I remembers you had a film produced about your family. Please remind me of it's name, how a group of seniors might be able to view it. and maybe how to get in touch with the film's producers. It's good to see you all again! Trump winning the election was due to a shit ton of things, but the biggest one was the DNC fucking over Bernie Sanders and forcing Hillary on us, who most people didn't want. As far as I know when it comes to gay marriage, it's constitutional so republicans can't legally go after it, but they can still roll back other rights and protections for LGBT people. I can't believe this shit happening at this point in time. Hopefully, Trump's administration won't cause too much damage to the country before he leaves office, but I'm not feeling too optimistic right now.
