Very gud and informative video sir, jab se maine Diagnose karaya h tab se maine FLEXION bilkul bhi nahi kari or na hi Forward Bending jiski Vajah se Thodi bhi Physical Activity karne k baad , bahut jaldi Muscle Spasm m chali jaati thi , isliye FLEXION is also important for muscles to regain strength and muscle memory. Sir I got spine injury in l4-l5-S1after fallen down last six month. Kafi improvement hai but avi bhi mujhe bed se uthne/latne mai pain hota hai 1-2 second ke liye. Cross leg kr ke nhi baith pati and dono ghutne ko fold krne mai pain hoti hai. Sitting position mai bhi problem hoti hai. Please guide me.
