You resonated with me today speaking of giving it 100% in your workout but then allowing junk into your body. After the workout is definitely harder. As a follower of Jesus I am told this body is the temple of God. As such I am to take care of it. It’s only a tent but until I go home it’s the only tent I got. Thank you for the encouragement and pushing me daily !

Hey, I’ll say it. This one really pushed me to my limits! Those 2 minute increases kicked my butt! But I stuck with it and even pushed back another + .2 at the end!! Take that, HIIT! Hiiiiyah!👊

3.18miles I’m getting faster - SLOWLY but surely. I just need to remember to do the “easy” parts at an easy pace. The recovery days, I need to remember to take it easy. I’m still struggling with that.
