Okay, so it's been a short minute... ⏰ I got caught up in Thanksgiving 🦃 as it IS my favorite holiday.... but I'm back with more HOIA for you!
Some of you may not have ever heard of Fried Sauce Noodles or Zha Jiang Mian as it's called in Chinese and Korean but it doesn't mean you shouldn't try it! I grew up eating the Chinese version of this salty meat and vegetable sauce over #noodles (in my house, my dad just used spaghetti) and later on in college tried the Korean version and fell in love once again with this crave worthy bowl of deliciousness.
While you may not think anything with the word "Fried" in the title should be considered healthy, the "fry" refers to frying the already flavorful beansauce and kicking up that intensity a few more notches!
