not to be nitpicky but the under-the-bed drawers can never be fully extended when additional furniture is added to the room. those socks are trapped forever :(

I was bothered by the window too. Not because there is a window in the shower but because they built a random wall right in the middle of it and somehow the window is still there.

Really wish Chad Chad put out more content in general. I feel like she doesn’t upload very often and is the highlight of any video she’s in cuz she’s just genuinely quick witted and funny. I feel like she would be a great comedy writer for a show or a stand comic.

The window is cursed because either way it’s split by the wall partition OR in an enclosed shower, where you know that it’s either going to be always fogged up anyway or extremely prone to mold.

The issues with a window in the shower is the potential water damage it can cause structurally. Its a potential leak point down to whatever is below it. Hope everyone is staying safe and taking care.

I think the issue with the window may be that the new set up puts up a wall/divider in front of the window, so it's half in the new shower and half in the toilet space.

At 13:05 - the separation wall intersects/touches the window making it hard to open (if it is a slider window -which it is in this case) or impossible to open (if it is an inward-opening window). It's a big no no in architecture and interior design. Love you both guys, great work. Hope you will do more collabs 😀

A few days ago i saw one of these house design videos where they build a pool on an apartment deck, which can then be covered to be turned into a normal deck. The funniest part of it is when they put the pool cover on to turn it into a deck, they still had child models in the pool so you just see the children be eaten by the deck. Im also pretty sure its from the account that made the clips in this video.
