@@crystalle8982 how about you do some actual research did you know that it is actually a proven fact that 67% of so-called pitbull attacks they weren’t even pitbull people just miss identified them because they so-called looked like one. Mixed breeds mistaken, as pitbull all the time like mastiff mixes, boxer, mixes, labrador, retriever mixes same with American bulldogs, and Doggo argentino’s they’re the most miss identified dog in the world same with shelters and rescues. Does anybody look at the bite rate of golden retrievers and golden doodles now? Because it’s an all-time high. Because people are mass producing dogs. Specially the dog breeds that are in the trend right now and it’s not OK cause that makes dogs have issues in their brains. Also I do a say I don’t think that everybody should own a pitbull but it’s like I don’t think everybody should own a Siberian husky, or a border collie or an Australian cattle dog Blue/red heelers because they are high high energy dogs just like pitbull people. Don’t realize that these breeds need an owner absolutely need an owner who is gonna give them what they need to make them thrive in life pitbull were actually originally bred to be herding dogs from 1890s all the way to 1950s then in the late 60s people started using them for fighting. Because of their qualities but herding breeds have to have those qualities pitbull and the dog breeds that I listed they do not do well being cooped up in a house or a backyard or an apartment all day every day they need two or three hours of exercise a day if they don’t at least get that their mental health can start to decline. The chemicals in their brain can start to alter, and that can lead to behavioral problems and aggression problems, just like if a human is having mental health problems yes, of course dogs are different they don’t think like us. That’s why we need to have better laws on who can breed and that people have to take a test if they want to get a dog and make sure it’s the right breed for them that is what’s happening in America is people are not getting dogs that they’re supposed to for their lifestyle pitbull and all the other dog breeds I listed are on the aggressive breed list or they’re trying to put them on the aggressive breed list

You obviously have a cell phone so Google it and do the research. Although Pitbull attacks are spotlighted more than any other type of dog they are definitely not the most aggressive breeds of dogs. Most aggressive breeds are smaller dogs like Chihuahuas. They only reason they don't make headlines is because they don't cause as much damage. Also it's always pit bulls because judge Judy hates them and will always take a pitbull case to put on TV. You do realize this is a TV show that gets submissions from all over the country right? They also pick and choose which cases they're going to do and put on TV. Judge Judy despises pit bulls and would never pass up an opportunity to make them look bad on television.

there were multiple children there. It just so happened that the pitbull injured one dog and one adult man intead of any of the children that were there within its reach.

I don't know about this case, but I know so many people who are like, "I invited my friend over for coffee, and she brought her dog!" And then people saying, "If my dog isn't welcome, I am.not coming!" My apartment doesn't allow dogs, and I have one friend-ish person who won't come over because she can't bring the dog she takes everywhere. I have cats, and wouldn't want her dog anyway, but at least I have an out with apartment rules! 😂

Well, that’s the thing pitbull’s are high, high energy dogs, just like Siberian huskies border, collies, blue/red heelers Australian cattle dogs, and much much more, and they are not the dog for everybody, but people are still getting them and trashing the breeds They’re literally trying to put the dogs. I listed on the aggressive breed list or they’re already on there or a bunch and I mean a bunch of landlords will not accept these dogs. These dogs specially pitbull need 2 to 3 hours a day of exercise just to keep them well minded people don’t realize when they get a high energy dog and they do jack shit with it. It’s gonna build up all this energy and that and frustration that it’s gonna have behavioral problems or aggression problems. This is why these are working dogs also pitbull were actually originally bred to herd livestock not to fight that’s a myth and 67% of so-called pitbull attacks weren’t even pitbull. They were mixed free dogs that literally had no trace of pitbull DNA in them like people pitbull look like Labrador retriever, mixes, or boxer, mixes or mastiff mixes but they have pitbull DNA in them. Also American bulldogs and Doggo argentino get mistaken, as pitbull all the time too they’re the most identified dog in the world with shelters and rescues they put it’s a pitbull and it’s not my friend got up so-called pitbull, golden retriever mix. She took a DNA test. There was no pitbull in her same with my parents they rescued a pitbull mix and no trays pitbull DNA in it, literally I have had pitbull all my life even when I was a kid with my dad same with my grandma and same with my grade grandfather he had five or six pit bulls at one time once, and we have never had any issues because we give these dogs what they need in life and not to run and exercise that same with Siberian huskies they’re known to be destructive and so-called aggressive but that’s because they’re also high high energy dogs they need to run they need to be exercise. They need to be going on hikes they need to get the frisbee thrown for them or the ball, but also people want to have this hero complex at oh I rescued this pitbull even though I don’t know what it means and I didn’t do any research on pitbull. I just heard that it’s a stigma that they’re vicious and I want to prove everybody wrong, but they’re not vicious, but with somebody who is lazy or has a busy work schedule or somebody that has five kids and they have no time to exercise the dog train. The dog socialize the dog yeah the dog is going to be out of control.

Good people generally say the dog isn't dangerous. Although they are responsible for 66% of all dog attacks including deaths. Just one breed. Why anyone would want those animals is something I'll never understand.

If a dog isn't under a owner's control and attacks someone they won't be in the right. This case is more about the owner being negligent. It just so happens it's a pitbull. Judge Judy is more disgusted that the owner was not responsible. She probably doesn't like the damage a pitbull can do if they aren't properly watched. I love pitbulls and used to have one. I know they can protect their owner very well, it's just if they're put into a situation where they think they're meant to protect/attack it's not their fault. The owner was not smart giving the dog 30 ft to roam and knowing the dog didn't like another dog.

@o_n_ there is a case that went before JJ that she did rule in the favor of a pit pull owner. The defendant was trying to serve the plaintiff with something. The plaintiff had several pit bulls and they were chained up and behind a fence. The defendant was bit by a pit bull after he went onto the plaintiff's property. JJ ruled that the pit bulls where chained and behind a fence and the defendant was trespassing . I believe that was the only time. That is how I remember it. I just remember the guy with the pit bulls was not guilty. Hopefully someone will see this and have a much better memory of the case. But the pit bull owner definitely was not guilty.

It was that the dog was on a 30 foot lead, had shown it wasn't happy before the incident, and wasn't under control of the owner. So the dog owner was negligent. I love pitbulls, in this case it was a bad owner. That's why the pitbull didn't get sympathy. Yes JJ probably thinks pitbulls can cause damage, they can but it's usually because of the owner.@@NotWOKEButAWAKE

Doesn't matter the breed. All animals are capable of hurting anyone including yorkies. I have three Pitbull's and they will protect me to death but I would never leave them unattended with anybody as I know they are capable of killing someone. Blame the owners not the breed.

Pitbulls are great. it was just a bad owner. If you let your dog be around a dog and don't properly socialize it and are angry with another person a dog can pick up on that. The owner was horribly negligent. It wasn't the dog's fault. All dogs need raised correctly, watched, and if out around strangers to be on a leash/under direct control. I just want to stress it was the lady owner's fault. Don't be upset with the dog. It probably thought it was protecting the lady. If she had a angry attitude towards the dog and the guy the dog picked up on that. Dog's have the mentality of a 2 to a 7 year old (depending on the breed). They do what they think will help their owner.

Pitbulls test 87.6% on temperament tests. They test better than golden retrievers. Many myths and biases exist about pitbulls. In the past it was bad owners. Rarely unaddressed health issue such as a tumor/etc/ @@bubblegumbitch

The guy who can’t do his electrition job because of limited mobility in one arm, but is perfectly capable of doing a million other “unskilled” jobs, who just refuses to because he only wants to do the one job, not so much. I have zero tolerance for those people too. I can’t bend over without extreme pain, I can’t stand for more than 3 hours before my knees start to give out (with braces on them), and I can’t lift anything over 5lbs from the floor without throwing my back out from the combined knee and back issues and I still work. I shouldn’t, but I don’t have 5-7 years worth of wages saved up to live off of while I fight the courts for disability. So yeah, no sympathy for clowns playing the system

If you have a lot of dogs who are powerful like that an have been through some stuff it's bad to gather them all together. Individually they need rehabilitated and cleared by a dog expert. If a dog is truly an issue then you need to keep it on a leash and in a fence. If a person has a big pack and gets mauled by troubled dogs then yeah they shouldn't have done that.
