100% true. I like how they get famous people like Messi to promote their product, like pepsi. To brain wash young people to think that it's cool and you will be as fit and as famous as those footballers. Lmao....news flash, majority living on these things and avoiding eating healthy struggle to jog 5 metres without getting knackered🥵. All they want is money......screw your health, just give me money......and should you fall ill ....well there will be more in line, possibly your kids you brought up with the same habit to continue the trend. 😱. I mean even these viruses out there, they say they need to find a cure......yet they know the trouble with these things, including smoking, because they even write on the box......causes cancer.......but does it stop them selling and making profits.....tax......it's all money, money, money.🥴🤑 Think of number 1.....you......look after your body and it will look after you🤳
It’s Jeffrey. Great Video! This is step one of the journey to eating healthy! I dropped Cokes when I was younger, then only drank black coffee. I still drink, only water, black coffee and beer, wine, cocktails. Then I dropped red meat, then dairy(you should do a video on that crap) then fish. Going 100% Vegan. The clarity it brings is indescribable, much higher level of awesomeness and spirituality! By the way, I bought coke stock yesterday, you are making me rethink it.....
EVERYONE knows it's no good for you! My Grandmother said something to me I never, ever forgot. Very simple, but very true. She said, "Everything in moderation." She didn't say, Only good things in moderation! ANYTHING is dangerous if you ABUSE it!!
I don't drink cola at all. I stopped a few years ago. It was my mom that said, "Mark my words, one day it will come out the diet soda is just as bad for you as the sugary stuff" and she was right.
I'm 0:25 watching the video and thinking how great it is👏 ... And doesn't matter how many times it is posted. Because some people like me never seen the videos before.
Love the way you presented this info. I showed it on my TV show First Look here in Guyana, South America, streamed on Fb. But please keep it totally clean, I heard you say "shit' in this one. Thanks. And I like that it's short
These companies should shame about what they are doing with people’s health....why not governments in world banning them. What are they waiting for. Food authorities should take action against them.
Vishen, I love the way you are so animated, for a lot of years I consumed artificial sweeteners, and my depression was very bad, but since stopping the sweeteners my depression is under controll,
Coca-Cola also built Emory University Hospital in Atlanta to treat the victims of the toxic Cokes but only for a Fee. So the Profit by sickening and by treating with exemptions to liabilities to the Coke. These kind of People are truly needing to face reality, start back at square 1....and simply accept the Products as Not Intelligent but ignorantly evolved and toxic.
Your mitochondria use glucose (C6H12O6) to make energy (ATP) for your cells. Perhaps Coke isn't the best way to get glucose, but saying that sugar is a drug is like saying that people who breathe are addicted to air. Glucose also lowers adrenalin and cortisol (stress hormones).
Consuming raw, unnecessary, and excessive amounts of sugar usually found in junk food usually leads to weight gain and other health-related problems, while complex carbohydrates (from vegetables) take longer to digest, keep you full for longer, and provide important nutrients to maintain your overall health. Carbohydrates are absolutely necessary, and it is EXTREMELY important to distinguish between the two. It all depends on what type you are consuming and simple sugar sources like coca cola definitely isn't among them. Sugar cravings can definitely get out of hand and create detrimental damage to your health especially if you pick something packed with sugar or artificial sweeteners (some are classified and known as carcinogens)
I’m addicted too drinking coke and have been since I was about 13-14 yes old I’m 31 now and wish I could stop but afraid the damage is already done so stopping won’t help me anymore 😞
Well presented Sir, Soft drinks were never meant to be part of anybody's nutrition. Big food and advertising know how to convince the most vunerable. Nobody needs lifestyle illnesses.
It was invented as a headache remedy. When it didn't work out, they added sugar and started selling it as a drink. Pepsi and rootbeer were also invented for health ailments.
Thankyou for the honest care and advice, I'm already reducing the amount i consume of cola. I rarely drink it now. And i mostly replace it with Laban when having a sandwich or something Thankyou! 😊
Please please tell me which definitive research did you find about artificial sweeteners. As far as I can tell there's not enough evidence of them causing changes in gut bacteria
To be honest, I actually don't even like the taste of soda or sugary drinks, when I was younger they were fun to drink, but now they taste really fake and nasty. 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢
High levels of benzoic acid and sunset additives in the popular soft drinks could pose a health risk to consumers when mixed with vitamin C. A high court judge in Nigeria has ruled that some popular soft drinks sold under the Coca-Cola brand could be poisonous.
We all have to take responsibility for our own actions!! We are having so many "challengers" because we accept EVERYTHING that we are told by advertisers, governments, doctors, teachers, MSN etc. STOP ACCEPTING AND START QUESTIONING/RESEARCHING. Do you really need someone else to think for you??
In the United States, Pepsi is made with carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, caramel color, sugar, phosphoric acid, caffeine, citric acid, and natural flavors.
