I don't know if you've made the next video about the butt wink or not, so I'd request you to add the difference between front and back squat depth. Great video and very in-depth study. So for general hypertrophy and body building, deep squats ranging from 90-120 degrees should do the job!

Sir for developing strength for pistol squats should I do deep squats or ass to grass squats because pistol squat is a bodyweight squat but it's a unilateral exercise My workout for pistol squat Assisted pistol squats 3×5 Archer squats 6×4 Weighted squats (3-5)×5 which I currently prefer as to grass squats

I had a meniscus surgery last to last year after 6 months I started loaded squats but I felt pain on the surgery area so I stopped doing leg workout after lockdown I have started my workout should I plan to start my leg workout? And should I go deep squats with loaded weight?

Hi sir, Your videos are very knowledgeable and fantastic. I have a question. I have been running marathons for last 2 yrs. I usually do strength training for 2 times in a week and run on 3 days in a week. I strength train to remain injury free(as running is injury prone sport) and for exlosive speed. I usually prefer back squats, deadlifts and lunges. Now my question is how much heavy should I lift as a runner? Generally endurance sport person does not go with heavy lifting. I squat for 65 kg max, deadlifts of 90 kg max. Please help.

Hi There is no limitation as such But going to 1-2RM is not needed for an endurance runner U can maintain a rep range between 15 and 8 in most cases

Sir one question is there that there are many variations of doing a squat so ive read or seen many times that people say that a narrow squat will be fully quad focused... Sumo squat will be glute focused .. So are these things right or squat helps in overall development of quads nd glute overall

sir bar placement se kya fadak padta hai, I feel much stronger in case of low bar position but in that case my torso doesn't remain vertical and as the weight increases my torso leans forward.

Yes the difference comes in terms of aim of lifting Lower bar is absolutely great position and is used by powerlifters U can do that without worry

Hello sir, Most of the people running to their protein shaker immideately after exercise but some researcher says that protein changes into glucose if u drink immediately after exercise. So they advice to take carbs first and then wait for altleast 45 min for protein intake. Is it right?

My ankle and hip mobility is top notch and I used to do 160kg ass to grass @90kg bw but in one year I developed chondromalacia. I had to take a break for 3months from squats and stopped doing deep squats post that. I am not a weight lifter. I may prefer bulgarian split sq with leg stretched far long to prevent knee damage or parallel squats for long term protection

Hey, I read a comment where someone asked you about your body stats and you said you were 5'9 , 90 kilograms. My height is 173 cms which is a little above 5'8 and so I'm around your height. So my question is, can I get to the 85-90 kilo mark whilst maintaining a healthy body fat percentage like you have, naturally as a vegetarian? I've so far gained 10 kilos of weight, majorly through muscle and am currently weighing 60 kilos, and I'm 17. Also, mind telling me your BF level? Thanks!
