I’ve been using low carb to help me with indoor cycling and I’ve been feeling great and losing weight, thanks for the advice on how to improve endurance and the assurances you’ve given throughout the video.
@@msalehkarami, awesome! My #1 rule is, "if it's working for you, keep on doing it." I'm glad the video is making sense. Indoor cycling is a great way to Base Train! Keep us posted on how you're doing!
This is such valuable information, especially for those of us who have struggled with energy crashes during endurance activities. Learning how to train your body to become a fat-burning machine is a game changer! Thanks for sharing your insights and experience. What kind of fat would you recommend to eat?
@@noemiberes, so happy the information is resonating with you. Generally speaking, most fat is fine... it's when it's added with sugar where the problems truly stem. That said, I'd stick with animal fats, nuts, seeds, and avocado. I use only EVOO & coconut oil. No seed oils or other highly processed oils.
Hi thanks so much for this video! My apple watch puts my zone two at 127-139, and using your formula I would be at 108-135 - can you shed some light onto why there is this difference?
