I can relate so much to this. I've been suffering with my anxiety disorder for about 6 months. Only recently has it all started to fall into place. I was searching externally for the answers and the "cure". I've come to realise that the answer is within myself. I am making an effort to listen to my emotions and reconnect. I have been so disconnected for so long! I thank my anxiety for waking me up. I feel like a phoenix being reborn from the ashes. :)

I have all these symptoms and w going through therapy and watching your videos have had my eyes opened to see that it is directly correlated to me repressing all my emotions through the yrs. Currently learning how to reframe,love my inner child and respect my mind and body as well as how to let my emotions flow. I have self punished myself for way to long and my desire to heal has overwhelmed the want to stay miserable. The symptoms are still very scary but have learned to recognize them for what they are.

This should go viral because it's dead on. I have sat holding my body tight all day and night long- awake, and its all because I'm scared to feel, of panic. The aches omg and the head pain, shoulders both froze too for almost 3 years each shoulder. I stand at times and I feel like I'm standing suddenly on an uneven surface or feel like someone pushed me or something and I literally lose balance. Yes like on a boat! This happens while im just talking or doing something and is like out of nowhere. Fatigue is huge. I ignore news, glossy magazines, tv, people, bad food, bad music, you name it I am actively on a steady diet of good food, music, surroundings, sights, smells, water, sleep. Are you saying these aches and pains and weird off balance can go? It's been 25 years here and I do the work every day. Also this sounds like a typical Gemini. Hey Dennis! Your videos are really helping me. For almost two years now I have experienced constant tinnitus, eye floaters, frequent headaches, fatigue, and now lots of muscle spasms throughout my body with some occasional tingling. My mind always goes to "this is a terrible autoimmune disease that will slowly take over my body". I get frustrated because doctors always tell me it's anxiety, and I know they are probably right. I stop myself from doing so much because I am afraid of the outcome from an emotional/physical perspective. What do you believe the underlying repressed emotion of the aforementioned symptoms could be?

Could you view health anxiety as a withdrawal from anxiety? After all, our subconscious mind believes feeling anxiety equates to safety, removing it means peril and danger. After some time, and after some reframing, our neural pathways begin to shift and new pathways are made, making tolerance to our new mode of ‘safety’ acceptable, meaning symptoms of anxiety disappear. Our subconscious and conscious mind at this point has reached a place of absolute harmony, which is what we all are striving for.
@TheAnxietyGuy1

I believe health anxiety is a continuation of anxiety. Another way to fulfill the protective programs within the subconscious and strengthen the conditioning related to the hidden need for suffering.

Can you add some info about chest tightness and shortness of breath? Ot is that associated with the heart symptoms?

I am number 9 dennis related to my heart its true i need security. I tried to stop taking atenolol today which I usually take in the morning but at 6pm i got very anxious cos my subconscious mind keeps telling me to take it even the doctors told me that i can stop it. But im still havimg trouble sleeping and i always think my palpitations are related to lack of sleep.. but i consider it a great achievement already that i had the courage today to exercise in the morning without atenolol...

I feel pains when I wake up cause post traumatic stress and just stress. I have so much anxiety biting lips problems. Just dry biting lips like living next to a haunted house or something like that and it’s hard to find a way out. I get vertigo. I’ll try meditation but I’ve been doing that sometimes not sure if that helps. I have it in the now but maybe some is past and future. I’m changing my appearance going all natural. I do get fatigue. Sure there could be self sabotage at times. I get most during sleep but it carries out through the day now.

Hey Dennis first I want to say thank u for what u do. I’m doing better since finding u, but I have some questions. Mentally I feel better but I have muscle tension that won’t relax and a lot of muscle twitching. I believe the body will get better last. Am I correct??? Is this normal healing process???
@TheAnxietyGuy1
@TheAnxietyGuy1 5 лет назад
lofrano20 The body will get better when the repressed emotions are dealt with. The twitching may be a result of held on blame, guilt, un-forgiveness, anger, grief etc. I would explore the emotions within and find out where they’ve come from.

I totally agree with everything you said, and can identify with all of it... but I'm just not sure what to do with this information... how to apply the knowledge to make a difference to my life. I am resolute in sorting my depression and anxiety out, from the ground up, and have made some connections between things from childhood/past, and what I am experiencing now... but I'm lost on how to reprogram 'me'

You spoke about a lot but I’ve been experiencing extreme anxiety the last couple of days and it’s showing up in my chest super tight and hurts really bad. I tried to do meditation this morning and it helped a little bit but the tightness is happening at work around the same time of day it starts and I’m right in the thick of right now it’s wearing me down it feels like I just my have a heart attack.

Dennis what about stomache pains & tingles ?
@mrjjthor
@mrjjthor 5 лет назад
That could be stress. I had stomache pain and went to see my doctor twice. He ran some tests and everything came back normal. He gave me meds the first time for acid reflux but it didnt help much. A month later I went back to see him again and he he said it was most likely due to stress that I wasn't fully aware of. He also prescribed me muscle relaxers which I didnt really take. Soon I started ignoring my pain and it went away. I didnt know the mind could be so powerful to mimic pain like that.

I just bought your program after coming across your videos (while of course googling lol), and I’m so excited after using medication before to mask the symptoms, I feel I never took control of my anxiety, once the medication kicked in I just kind of gave control to it. I’ve been off medications since August and have tried to go back to them a couple times. How do I overcome this sensation of “impending doom / or oh no something’s off something’s not right”? My mind automatically is trying to look outward and say that oh I’m just doomed the only way I’m going to ever be able to live life and feel familiar in my surroundings again if I get back on ssris.

The program will provide the path you need to walk on for the time being. To restructure the way you perceive the things causing your anxiety, and to release the deep need for control in your life. Enjoy, and please update on your progress. ❤️

Janice M. Just my experience, I have been journaling consistently for the past two years. It took me about 6 months, and working with a personal coach, to build a structure to my journaling. But once that was in place, I’ve begun to change dramatically. It has been an awesome experience. I do it as a form of meditation, as I really struggle with meditation. It hasn’t released my emotions. It has helped me to get to know myself.... especially in the past 6 mos. I am having emotions/memories I was unaware of coming up where I can deal with them. My childhood was described to me by a therapist as extreme emotional neglect.

@@Rogdog692002 What do you mean by structure? The content you include? A set of points your try to include in every entry? This is new to me and something im looking to do. I like the idea of a structure, but im not sure how you meant it.
@Rogdog692002
@Rogdog692002 4 года назад
@@blueblur6447. Hey Daniel, I can't say that my structure is going to work for you, but here is what I include; 'Right Now' I write a bit on how I am feeling in the moment. I suck at identifying my emotions, so that is just to reflect a bit on what is going on and how I feel about it. 'Gratitude' something I am grateful for that day. 'Do Better' a section on something I am struggling with. 'Dear Little Andrew' Here I write a note to my inner child. It is really about showing myself a little compassion and telling myself that things are ok. Finally, I finish with a section called 'Mindfullness' and I detail something I would like to reflect more on that day. PM me if you want more details.
