@@BigDirtyNecks eating only on specific times a day like you have a certain period of time for around maybe 7-9h where u can eat and the rest of the day no food. so u eat in the evening then go to sleep for maybe 7h and then you still have 2h left to eat breakfast and then u wait till u get urself dinner

@@BigDirtyNecks Also the point of it is to get your body in a state of ketosis, where your body starts using fats as fuel instead of the usual glucose, which is from carbs. I wouldn't advise fasting if you are already skinny, it'll mess with your nerve health.

@@Sadik-uc85kDefinitely try to lower your sodium intake and increase potassium, water retention can be caused by too much sodium and not enough potassium which can be found in things like, sweet potato, avacado, banana, etc. you also have to work out cause if it isn’t a sodium problem then it’s most likely excess body fat, you can’t spot reduce for just the face (you can try jawline workouts though to make it stronger) so the more fat you loose on your body the slimmer your face will be able to get. Don’t forget to drink lots of water 1-2 liters a day and get lots of sleep, because dehydration can cause a puffy face and lack of sleep can make it even worse, I’m not a professional but these are some tips I’ve gathered as I’m going through the same thing ;)

We overeat as humans. It’s ok to feel slightly hungry. I started fasting one day a week to reduce face fat. Every time I went to think about eating a snack I remembered how much better I looked with a jawline and this was better than the feeling of eating a chocolate bar

@@alicia_nicole I fast every Thursday during the day light hours until the evening where I will have just one meal. I drink lots of water during the day. After doing this for two weeks your body will adapt to your fasting cycle and you will realise how much grazing we do as humans. Also, I believe a lot of our hunger pains aren’t really hunger at all but 3 things: 1) Our brain sending a cognitive message reminding us to eat if we don’t at a set time..2) Not hunger but thirst. 3) Cravings for the additives within the junk food we have become addicted to.

I'm losing weight and this makes my face more defined. I'm immediately getting more attention by the opposite sex. It makes me feel more wanted and sexier. Wanhee has such amazing advice! Losing weight is definitely not easy, maintaining a caloric deficit requires a few weeks of getting into a groove and avoiding sugar. But I'm getting closer to my goal.

@@Sadik-uc85k yes because being in a calorie deficit makes you lose weight, working out such as weights will make you lose fat and build muscle to make you look lean/ripped and not eating junk foods is self explanatory they are a bunch of processed foods which make our body struggle to digest them so our face becomes bloated. if you eat alot of carbs and a alot of salt it will actually make you retain more water in your face so you can still eat salty foods but make sure that you eat way less carbs. another tip i could give is dont eat 3 hours before you go to sleep to avoid having your body digest food instead of focusing on sleeping which will make your face puffy. and overall if you also want to lose alot of water weight doing hit training or buying and using magnesium pills is a good option as magnesium helps you retain less water

Walking works. I cut calories and started walking 10k steps every evening last August. I lost 75lbs. No Ozempic, not starving myself. I eat whatever I want and drink seltzer instead of soda and juice/sweetened drinks (e.g., fruit punch, lemonade, sweetened ice tea, etc)

Running and other cardio specific exercises do an almost instant job. But you have to keep it up or it goes right back. Proper breathing control helps

@@Pandcakes936 No problem! Just be sure to minimize sugar intake, plenty of water if you dont already, and have a healthy balance of sodium. Sodium is fine but most processed foods and restaurant food douse their stuff in sodium and it's stupid. Best of luck!

I had a shit ton of weight on my face prolly two years ago and I started hitting the gym and maintained a proper diet. It really helped me reduce the facial fat which in turn boosted my confidence. I also avoided sugar, salty food, and drank plenty of water. A year later, I looked at my picture from two years ago and I didn't look like who I was from two years ago. 😎

My concern with doing cardio and going on a caloric deficit is the fact that I’m really skinny (114 pounds) with a fast metabolism. Other parts of my body seem to not store too much fat, but my face (specifically underneath my chin and jaw) stores most of the fat.

I prefer to do dry fasting and intermittent fasting combined with higher fat, protein & fibre to balance carbohydrates consumption, rather than simply doing calorie deficit. I had tried calorie deficit but it made me feel hungry and unsatisfied after eating meals. Nowadays I eat till I feel full but reducing carbohydrates while increasing protein, fat and fibre. Because those nutrients makes me full faster without eating too much Intermittent fasting also helps to reduce hunger and makes me feel full faster when eating. So overall I think this way does indirectly makes me being in calorie deficit without intentionally doing so

(actually it's a common misconception to think breathing with the diaphragm just means breathing into the belly, it's more like breathing into your whole torso, so the belly region may expand as much as the ribcage and if you really relax you can also feel it in your pelvic floor)

My maintenance is so low because I had TCA💀 i ate a lot and lifted to raise it up again but Im not trying to be a gym bro ( Bulk and cut all the time). When I eat 1500 to 1800 I literally gain weight💀 So I just eat maintain and lift to gain muscle. Your videos were really useful in my journey

so a completely underrated tip is having stress management strategies which are useful to reduce your overall cortisol levels. cortisol cause a lot more fat to be accumulator around the face area and neck area

i sweat alot by walking .. compare to hundred sit ups or planking i get dark elbows knees by doing planking so i stop and just walk . my butt and face looks better and shoulder and all when i walk i walk with moving arms too so all of my body parts is moving i walk 3k steps and weekend 8k steps ... walk as you can but not too much because we need energy for our jobs and chores

Bro I’m on a cut rn and eating the high protein foods recommended by the 🐐 Trainer Mikey. I’ve already lost 90 lbs in 5 years (6’1, 286->196) but I want to get a lean look bc I’m skinny fat rn. I’m doing the GreySkull routine 4x a week and eating 2,000 calories a day. Really hoping I can be 175-180 and lean in 4-6 months.

I want to add here as well that if you are ditching the carbs your face will look more defined as the Carbs as well(like salt) retains water - A LOT of it. Carbs make your look puffy and bloated.

He does look better than his old pics, but the use of Hydroxy Cut, definitely aids w. Appetite control and heavier exercising. A gym membership is essential Its taken me a year just to lose 3 lbs, I could gain it all back if I stop trying within 4 days. And I could still lose another 3 lbs. Just to look not fat. Years of beer drinking, and getting drunk and eating a ton and passing out ruined mt body. This is harder than when I quit smoking 😢😮😅🎉❤😊 Im 45, never exercised until a year ago. Jaw exercises work, have been for decades. Ive used it because i had a fat huge face for a long time. so i ended up with a turkey neck because the lack of collagen on my skin from being stretched out for too long. I would do the exercises to get a more defined jaw line. The turkey neck shrank but still there where I think will more than likely get some cosmetic surgery on it. Ive lost about 50 pounds now and still need another 30 to hit my first goal and my face looks slimmer, my old college clothes are fitting again, Im 41 btw but because of genetics Ive been told I look 28 and now Ive been told I look like a 24 year old.

Finally.. after all the years I been in RU-vid (check my profile) someone speaks sense! Overall weight loss will naturally result in fat loss from face and other parts of body randomly - I find these targeted videos on lose belly fat do this 7 -14 days so misleading hooking into mainly women’s insecurities.. doing ANYTHING consistently inc. watching what you eat plus ANY movement will give a RESULT! Watch labourers in any country are they fat? Do they count steps all day?No! They’re just active most of the day not just 1hr/out of 24 hrs with remaining in couch watching social media 😅 GREAT video!

walking 10.000 steps a day to lose fat, best advice ever, I have been walquing 10.000 steps per day the last month and I lost 3 kg, last week I incremented to 20.000 steps per day.

I'm at the first part of getting back into shape I do 20k average steps a day. If I do 30k steps one day I'll take a rest day the next. But always averages out to 20k. Add some steep hills and you have a HUGE calorie burn. I have been doing omad but am starting to do adf. I'm close to my first target weight. Next I have to add some weight training.

Hey brother I have an excellent jawline, cheeck bone. But this days im struggling with pain in jaw and voices from the hard exercise If i stop doing jaw exercise, will i lose my face? Im 18,im doing jaw exercise since 2020 Annai still have some face fat that hide my face Imma boxer and i go to gym.

I can say this is 100% legit. It is hard but once you get to a certain point you'll be able to do it easily. Why take my word for it? when you can just try it.

Fat is the ultimate killer of looks in both men and women. Most people just need to just gain muscle and lose fat and they would look so much better thats all it is but people waste time doing other things and look for shortcuts to looking good.

The issue here is that i'm skinny, but have like a puffy looking face. I don't understand why because I have a really skinny rest of body, to the point where I can fit my index finger and thumb around my wrist. I'm so confused.

Then you should build muscle and after a certain point, you should do cutting. So that way you can lose more body fat without becoming a twink.

Might be obvious to some, but cutting out alcohol is huge for face shape. If you drink something most days of the week, take a week off and don't change anything else. Your face will look and feel totally different.
