How to buff out paint defects in the clear coat by hand paint correction done at home ? 

Buff out clear coat scraps etc by hand.
Then we go around to the front of the bumper, and try and tidy the scraps up. i use a drill and foam pad and cutting compound to make it look the best i can.
You can only do so much when stuff has been damaged.
