How to do Frog Pose:
1. Start on your hands and knees.
2. Take your knees as wide as your flexibility allows.
3. Point your toes outwards and open your feet wider than your knees.
4. To deepen the stretch, move your hips back towards your heels and come down to your forearms.
5. You can bring your gaze down or slightly forward.

If you're anything like me you're here on this video because your hips are made from glass and garbage.. Lasted all of ten seconds like this, felt great though. Will continue to practice 👌

Adam, make sure your really warm to do this then, a warm shower, even 15 minutes in warm salt water- then do this move. The last thing you ever want to do is injure a ligament or a short adductor muscle. You'll feel it for possibly up to 9 months in that spot if you stretch that area cold or it's not ready to be pushed that far. The warmer it is the more bloodflow the more dry attachments will move. My left knee joint made a few surprising popping sounds but feels relieved afterwards. Also, please show to get out of a pose. That would be really helpful. Thanks 🙏🏼

To safely get out of frog pose, come up off your forearms and onto your hands, and walk your hands back beneath your shoulders. Carefully bring your feet together behind you, bring your knees together, and sit back on your heels. Hope this helps!

So I'ma newbie. If I'm trying to get more flexible in this area should i widen my knees each time i get mpre flexible or do i try and sit my butt back all the way down as if i were sitting

Its automatic... Mostly everyone will get it arched. Dont think too much on it.. Stretch your pain away

Depending on your flexibility, you can hold this pose for as long as you feel comfortable, (a few seconds or even a few minutes.) You'll find that the more frequently you practice Frog Pose, the longer you will be able to stay in this pose.

Hi, I saw some variation on the internet that legs almost go all the way to touch the ground..here they are lifted. Is this that another version or incorrect one please?

It isn't incorrect. What is displayed here, is the limit of his flexibility/mobility. That, or a demonstration relevant to his target audience (- as the average person undertaking this pose isn't flexible enough to get into the legs-on-floor position).
