Extended Triangle pose ( UtthitaTrikonasana) is a pose which is very important in your Standing and Hip Opening sequence but many people don’t take it seriously. l’ve seen many practitioners are not taking care about their body alignment in this pose.
One needs to understand one basis thing is to bring top of the femur into the socket of the hip otherwise it will give many problems in the future like hip socket pain, arthritis, hip dislocation, walking problems and so much more.
This is a basic alignment of Utthita Trikonasana, there are lot things more to be taught in this pose.
