Oh my gosh. Just today, I realized my sweet tooth has taken over and I’m reaching for snacks when I’m not hungry. I googled all these ways to tame a sweet tooth using all these different foods and I suddenly thought, maybe I should just drink some water instead. It’s going to take a few days to train myself but it is SO VALIDATING to hear you say the very same thing! I’m going to throw all 4 of these easy steps in my routine, thank you sir! 7:19 I heard from a friend in the military they used to teach them to chew there food 27 times before swallowing. If u ever try this it really blenders the food to most liquid form with salvia and any other liquid in the food.

Hi Dan 🤗 This was a great video! I've been binge watching your channel and subscribed 🥰 have been trying to drink more water during my work day and it's hard. When I'm on the bike my Garmin gives me reminders to drink and eat!LOL I think I just need to set reminders and I should be good! I will also try the before and after meals water as well.

Thanks for this. I have a conundrum, I love to snack at night before bed, likely can be replaced by just drinking water but if I do I end up waking up multiple times at night to pee. Any suggestions?

The answer you may not be expecting is that underrating during the morning/afternoon leads to snacking at night 95% of the time. Try having a hearty breakfast to avoid nighttime eating.

Good message. But music is OTT and it also only needed to go for about 3mins max. Look forward to more of your content...as long as it not always wrapped up in 11 min videos!
