had an injury on the top of the foot from running. My foot started to ache whenever i woke up in the morning. But everytime my ankle pops. It felt better...so i started doing these exercises and it definately felt better. starting doing the strengthening for the ankle muscle regularly and hopefully itll be painless for good! thank you doctor. You're the best!
I will definitely try this. I injured my ankle almost 6 months ago doing judo. The pain has been gone for the most part. Now, it's just popping when I move my ankle up and down. Will try these method and see how it goes.

Would love a video exactly like this, guasha and slow motion exercises and everything, for a popping jaw. My jaw tension increased when my Adderall dose went a little higher, noticed I’m lightly clenching more, and about 6 months ago developed a click on one side.
Thank you so much for the stair/raised platform exercise. Never seen this suggested, that is EXACTLY the one I have been not doing and triggers the click. My right calf is weak clearly.

Hello, Dr. Rowe. Both my ankles start to pop almost all the time w/o pain.lIt started, it seemed as I walk 4 flites of stairs for exercsie with sandals that have arch support. Do you suggest wearing ankle support sneakers when doing this in the future? Also, is this a cause for future concern: ankle popping w/o pain? Thank you so much, in advance. I have foot pad atrophy, chronic shin splints and heel pain. I'm always reluctant to so anything that involves putting weight on my heels or balls of my feet. Any suggestions, Dr. Rowe?
Hello thank you for all your helpful videos. I have a question, about the exercise where you put your weight on your heels and lift your toes, what if you can't put weight on your heels due to dry cracked heels that are excruciatingly painful when touched? Also I recently started feeling like when I bend my ankle when stepping down steps or up steps it feels like my ankle is about to break or like if it is either getting jammed and I need to force it to be able to continue walking and at times I am unable to keep walking which causes me to resort to using my crutches once again. I had injured my Achilles tendon about 3 years ago and I was put on crutches for 2 weeks and it never got better and now I have chronic pain in my Achilles only now it is in both ankles.

I broke my neck at c5-c6 and dislocated my shoulder at the same time. I have had chronic migraines since the moment I woke up from surgery to fuse the discs. Chiros will not manually adjust my neck. I have Vagus nerve damage from it, which affects my digestion and various neurological affects. I used to get relief from an Axis machine adjustment, but there is not one in the town I live in now. Is there any way to get relief from neck tension and fluid retention on my own, that might work similarly to the Axis adjustment? I so appreciate your videos!
I've had this in my left ankle for quite some time now🦶🏾 It usually pops when I'm at rest, when there's no pressure on it. BTW, any recommendations for a sore or jacked up rotator cuff💪🏾

Hi Dr.Rowe! My boyfriend was an athlete in university, amd at some point hurt his ankle severely. We don't know what happened but his mom remembers the doctor giving him a brace (never worn ofc) so im thinking torn ligament. It's been ab 10 years, he's in constant pain and his ankle pops and grinds when he moves it. I want to help him out but idk how
Orthopedics and Physical Therapy are the evidence-based medical interventions for joints and muscles. Chiropractic is not based in evidence. Any treatments within chiropractic that were shown to be efficacious, would simply be absorbed into evidence-based practice. No need for a parallel "alternative".
