My pre diabetes is resolving from fasting and eating healthy ,exercising,lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks on my own ,as my primary dr. Is ignorant about nutrition and try’s to prescribed unnecessary medication with dangerous side effects ,I’m changing doctors now!

Good advice for pregnant women. My first doctor wanted to do many tests that I wanted no part of. She made calls to my home that were threatening so I fired her and went with a holistic doctor. Perfect healthy baby at age 37. My condition was not a disease to be treated!🧐
Thank you thank you…. Started taking B1 and my calves no longer wake me up and the pain is almost gone!!!! The Dr overloaded my with muscle relaxers, big mistake!
May 26th I was told I have 11.5 A1C 😭 my glucose was 320 😭 . I went on a very low carb ,no sugar diet that same day . I had no symptoms as , dark leathery skin , no excess peeing , no thirst , I had no idea I was also severely deficient in vitamin D ( 16 ng ) A month into my diet , my glucose numbers are from 215 to 180 , I get retested in August ... At these numbers approximately what is my A1C now ??? Also should I be on a B complex per day ??
Just Google it, and you will get several results. I don't understand why people are afraid of searching for the things they need???? We must be our own doctors and let that less to others...!!! The more you learn the less you will need MD's.
