I flirted outrageously with a man that I wasn’t really meaning too. I was in college in an acting class and we were divided up into groups of three and given a short excerpt from a play to practice and perform. We all studied our lines for a little while and then rehearsed. One of the guys in my group said his lines and then it was my turn. I just stared at him and didn’t say a word. I finally realized I was just staring at him and I said “your eyes are so incredible that I just stared into them and forgot my lines!” It was the truth! I literally got lost in his eyes! Men love it when you pay attention to what they are talking about, so what I do to make it seem like I'm paying attention even if it's something I'm not interested in, is I repeat the appx last three words from their conversation while they're talking to me, for example...man- the nascar race was a good one the Chevy cars are fast, me- "Chevy cars are fast" When I repeat what they say it shows interest in a flirty way. I do this at random times during the conversation. It works! Try it sometime.

I do this, but in a way that makes it sound like theyre teaching me something so i would say "I didnt know Chevys were that much faster than the other cars." All of a sudden they light up and go "Oh yea, if you didnt know that then this would fascinate you too" and they start talking fast because they want to talk as much as possible about the thing they love with someone who is paying attention

Yes, I needed that this past May 2021. I messed up and I didn't realize I did till later. 😔 we really had not even had a date yet but he asked me to come over and we'd go out and I said the wrong thing because I didn't live where he was flying in to where he was going to be. It wasn't enough communication on both of our parts.he thought I lived on the west coast of Florida but I lived on the east coast. I said the wrong thing after that and it killed everything. 😔💙

I kind of combine your first two. When we're both laughing at something and maybe I playfully pushed him like... "Stop it. You're too funny." I do the look and the grin, tilt my head to the side all innocent and ask... "Are you ever going to kiss me?" Timing is perfect. It's almost always stellar. The second one can be done if you’re in the position to do it. I think the only time I'm consciously flirting is when I'm slightly drunk, you know, the cute drunk, where I'm giggly (fyi I'm a really serious person most of the time), a bit more social, asking him all kinds of goofy questions that have everything to do with nothing at all. I thought I was being obnoxious but people would come up to me and tell me to be like that more often. Like, what, more drunk? More not myself? LOL...I have no idea how the flirting thing happens..

Sucks when you can’t drink and your being piss tested now so apparently all your past attempts at come ons wernt done right or were too strong??? Hello!? It so interesting i have only fallen in love at first sight with a man only once but i didn't dare him because i had a relationship then nut as i grow older when i look back its seems i had been too naive about love . But with all the education i gain from you guys its now dawning on me that falling in love is a conscious decision .you dont just answer to those who who chart you but you can also navigate your own path .

I did that look down and up, since i was expecting a kiss but saw that they were hesitating and it worked.Never heard of the palm reading one, that's really funny. I love guys who go to the gym and like good arms, I usually go for the hands and arms for light body touch

My strategy is a bit more subtle(sneaky even? - but I don't feel guilty at all). I'd normally pick a very serious, non sexy topic(kids in Africa, physics, tax, whatever) speak quieter and move in reaaaly close. So close that he can feel my body heat though there's no touch.(appart from a few "accidental" little touches that I always apologise for). So close that my static hair would stick to his cheek, as we sit side by side. Poor guy would feel bit ashamed for his thoughts while I'm on about serious stuff and have no ideea that's me flirting. If they like me they would be looking forward for a more light-hearted moment to make a move. They'll think it was all their idea. 😁😅

As for me, I have this tendency towards being of a rather coy, bashful giggly and fidgety (sometimes it wd appear rather juvenile I guess) demeanour rather than one marked outright with confidence when it comes to talking to the guy on a date; do you think it'll be considered weird ?

Some advice I would give: Laugh or smile in a warm way a bit more. I'm a bit small as in I have extremely small hands and I'm a little short so I always use things about me to my advantage. Usually I try to measure my hands with theirs when we are really close since my hands are small. I always move in close when he's talking and focus completely on him. I think guys that like you want to be your center of attention. So I always listen to them talk first or ask them intriguing questions since I'm a bit of an introvert. Then I NEVER touch my phone and I just focus in on them completely and make sure to react well. Like saying wow and really and getting wide eyed or smiling. And if I like the guy it is usually a genuine thing. Another trick to make them feel special is to look at them thoughtfully while they look away then when they look back kind of act like you didn't want them to see you looking at them and look away shyly. Another thing is just complimenting the alot. That sounds like a given especially if I like someone like right now but what I mean is compliment them on something that is not really obvious or something they may be insecure about but you like. Like I am seeing a guy I really like right now so I always tell him how he has nice hands and a nice nose. Or I'll tell him I like his sense of style or his voice. His ears or his neck. Stuff like that. Doesn't have to be physical. I think it mostly depends on the guy you likes personality. If you have more of a dominant or sarcastic personality which I dont usually try to watch your words and actions. Try to soften them because he too may be nervous about you. Or he may be wondering about what you think of him. Edit: I'm not a cold deceiving person I'm just saying some stuff guys I've dated have said they like that I do. It's not really a strategy for me just something they tend to like about me. 😂

I'm just really positive. Worked out for me. When I'm comfortable with a guy, I paint my nails for the second Date (nothing to crazy but noticable) and 6 out of seven guys made a Comment on it. I then ask them if they know why i like them long. I always say "My cat absolutely loves when I scratch her like that" and then i carress either their neck or their arm (depending on how much i like him yet). Sounds straight forward but never failed me.
