@@oeu3669 I just updated my comment with some helpful advice and what I did. Simply, I decided to put me first. Its so simple, yet a lot f us find it so hard to do. But trust me, its worth it in the end. Once I put myself first and found who I wanted to be, I was connected with a like minded person that I needed in this moment of my life. To give you some insight, I used to be very suicidal and after some really toxic behaviour over years. As well as toxic relationships. Once I decided it was time to take care of myself, god and the universe gave me what I always wanted. It takes time, but just hang in there and remember you are the most important person in your life, everyone else is second.

in case anyone is still commenting here: i commented on this video two months ago and i was at the lowest point of my life. i struggled with suicidal thoughts and didn’t get out of bed for three weeks. what made everything worse was seeing my ex already experiment with other girls and post about how great her life was after completely abandoning me. i want everyone to know it gets better. time truly does heal, i’m finally feeling like myself again and it’s the most liberating feeling in the world. my biggest piece of advice is to start doing activities that you did before you met your ex. or hangout with friends you stopped hanging out with. you’ll remember day by day who you are and begin to realize YOU are the biggest comfort you can have, not your ex. you MUST detach to heal. i’m sending so much love to anyone going through this

No I didn't go back. I started working on myself and realized that I used to give more to others than I did to myself. I started loving myself more, appreciating myself, manifesting positive things in my life and honestly speaking a lot changed. I used to miss him but this time I had to stand on business I never called or texted him. I decided to go in a no contact mood. After a few months, that's like 7 months he reached out to me begging me that we should give it a try, at that time I had lost all the feelings. I used to ignore the calls and texts, until one day I became honest with him because he was a manipulator and I told him all is done I have moved on, no feelings so stop calling and texting me, nothing will change. I told him he had a hundred chances but he wrecked them up. He should accept it has happened and move on too. Now I realized it's starting to hit him that "nice girl" he once was using has gotten some sense. He continued disturbing me until he got tired I didn't want to block his number because personally I felt that is not a step I should take in order for me to heal I just deleted it but never blocked it. I was so over him in less than 7 months this was after evaluating and weighing the good and the wrong he ever did me. It turned out the wrong were more I couldn't allow him in my life. Again I gave a try to another relationship and honestly speaking it's the best I have ever had. This man treats me as his first priority something I have never experienced before. He does what a man is supposed to do for his woman without me having to ask. He proposed to me. He was the first man to celebrate my birthday, he took me to his mum, introduced me to his whole family as the wife. His sister on a daily basis they call me to check up on me. Whenever I go to his workplace he always shows me off to his coworkers introducing me to them like "met my beautiful wife". I'm loved and it feels like heaven. He has been inspiring me to be a better woman every now and then he gives me ideas on how to make my own extra money, and goes to the extent of giving me capital to start my own business. He makes sure my nails, hair is done, dates planned. He's there emotionally, physically anytime I need hi. He takes me to his church every Sunday. He makes sure if there are things disturbing me he's there to listen and we always figure out, he knows how to deal with insecurities. I found what I have been missing he's just a green flag. All I pray is that whatever is happening let it not end in tears and hurt.

If you need to, right down a list of reasons that relationship wouldn't have worked out and read it when you start to panic. @@ezelsenar663 I'm sorry to hear that. I know it hurts, trust me. The hurt and the alone is so uncomfortable. I'm trying to get comfortable with it so that I can process it, accept it, and wholeheartedly let it go--not carry it with me for years at a time. Oddly enough, this breakup out things in perspective for me. He's not a bad guy, I know there was love there and I don't hate him by any means. We just weren't on the same page for as much as we wanted to be. Time doesn't stop so no time like the present to work on yourself. I'm really trying to stop/change old patterns/behavior.
