Great video! One problem.....you need to go back up and remove the adapter off the top. Your pipe is a 3" pipe, so you can just throw 1.5" and 2" adapter away. (the top of each cap shows you the size it fits) The pipes are designed to handle water flow through your pipes with all fixtures running, so you may never notice it but how it's installed will restrict your air flow.

Two questions. What did you bribe your camera person with the get then to hang out on the roof with you? Second. Do you not need to silicone the lower part of the boot or at least slide it under the shingles to help shed the water away?

Ha! The camera person was more than happy to get on the roof. This boot installs over the existing boot. The base of the existing boots is fine, it’s the rubber gasket at the pipe that failed.
